Lee Chips Up with Full House

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

With over 60,000 in the pot and {k-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{8-Spades} on the board, a player in early position bet 51,000 and Jimmy Lee shoved his last 65,000.

Lee turned over {10-Spades}{10-Clubs} for tens full of kings. His opponent had {k-Spades}{3-Spades}.

The river was {2-Hearts} and Lee dragged the pot for a big double.

Matt Berkey

Matt Berkey was in a four-way pot and called a bet of 6,600 on a flop reading {4-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}. The action folded to Zachary Hirst on the button, who three-bet to 20,000. Only Berkey called.

Berkey checked on the {k-Hearts} turn and Hirst checked back. Berkey checked again on the {9-Spades} river and Hirst announced a bet of 20,000 before throwing out a green chip.

Berkey moved his cards back and forth as he thought through his decision and eventually folded.

Rogers Busts One

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

On a flop of {k-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{9-Spades}, Leyla Rogers had an opponent at risk with the {k-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and was trailing versus {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts}. Both had top pair and a straight draw as Rogers then gained more equity on the {7-Hearts} turn with the double gutshot while the at-risk player picked up an additional flush draw.

The {q-Diamonds} river gave Rogers the straight and she scored the knockout. Xuan Liu and Vlad Darie can also be found on the same table, Luke Martinelli no more.

Tanaka's Lead Does the Trick

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Jessica Cai raised under the gun, it folded around to Ryona Tanaka in the big blind who defended her big blind.

The flop came {5-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}. Tanaka check-called a bet of 3,000.

The turn was the {a-Diamonds}. Tanaka then led for 10,000. Cai folded after some consideration to drop the pot but she has nevertheless had a nice day so far increasing her stack. Meanwhile, a few big stacks reside at the same table.

Steinman Takes From Li

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Fred Li opened to 2,200 from early position and found one caller in Ian Steinman from the middle.

Both player checked on the {2-Spades}{q-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} flop and Li checked again on the {10-Diamonds} turn, prompting a 3,000 bet from Steinman. Li called.

Both players checked again on the {a-Clubs} river and Li tabled {q-Clubs}{9-Clubs} for a pair of queens. It was no good against the {a-Spades}{j-Spades} of Steinman for two pair.

"That's what I do — I bet when I'm behind and check when I'm ahead," Steinman joked as he collected the pot.

Valerstein Turns the Nuts to Bust One

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

On a heads-up turn of {9-Spades}{7-Spades}{5-Hearts}{6-Hearts}, the player in the big blind bet-called all-in when Roman Valerstein splashed in his green T-25,000 chips. The big blind tabled the {a-Spades}{8-Hearts} for the nine-high straight but Valerstein had the nuts with the {10-Spades}{8-Clubs}. Nothing changed with the {6-Diamonds} river as Valerstein notched up the elimination.
