Nunez Doubles Through Choudhary

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

With some 150,000 already in the middle and the completed board showing {a-Spades}{j-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}, Emilio Nunez moved all-in for the last 73,500. Nilesh Choudhary asked for a count and was then in the tank. After more than two minutes were gone, the clock was called on him but he received an additional half a minute before the 30-second timer went into effect.

With around three seconds left, Choudhary called and Nunez tabled the {k-Spades}{q-Diamonds} for broadway. Choudhary only had the {a-Diamonds}{2-Spades} for aces and deuces to forfeit a bigger chunk of his stack.

Kessler Can't Get There

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Allen Kessler
Allen Kessler

Jason Picciolo flat-called a preflop raise from the small blind and Allen Kessler called behind him in the big blind.

Picciolo led out with a bet on the flop of {9-Clubs}{8-Spades}{5-Spades} and Kessler moved all-in for around 58,000. The initial raiser folded and Picciolo called.

Picciolo had {a-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} for a pair of nines while Kessler had a flush and straight draw with {q-Spades}{6-Spades}. The board ran out {5-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} and "The Chainsaw" was eliminated.

Speranza Wins a Flip

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Gianluca Speranza
Gianluca Speranza

After arriving at the table, Gianluca Speranza had a stack of 25,000 chips splashed in the pot on the button. The big blind was all-in and at risk for around 80,000 and the cards were being tabled.

Big Blind: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}
Gianluca Speranza: {7-Spades}{7-Hearts}

It was a coin flip and the flop of {5-Spades}{3-Clubs}{2-Hearts} left Speranza in the lead with his pair of sevens. The {j-Spades} on the turn and the {9-Spades} on the river changed nothing as Speranza eliminated his opponent.
