and he bet 1,000. His opponent raised to 4,000 and Rein called. Rein faced another 10,000 bet on the turn and raised all in. His opponent called for his remaining chips.

Kevin Gerhart raised to 600 from the cutoff and received a call from Brandon Shack-Harris on the button. Both players saw a flop of

Gerhart checked over to Shack-Harris, who put out a bet of 800. Gerhart called, then checked when the 
came on the turn.
Shack-Harris kept firing, betting 2,500 this time. "I had the other two flush draws," Gerhart said as he sent his cards into the muck.
A new crop of players was spotted taking their seats here on Level 2.
Badeucy
Adam Friedman, champion of the $10,000 version of this event three years in a row, re-raised Jon Turner after Turner had opened before the draw. Turner called.
"I've got a freeroll," Friedman said as both players drew two. Friedman bet again and Turner called.
The action repeated on the second draw, with both players taking one and Turner calling a bet. They each drew one on the final draw.
"I'm going to have to raise you, Mr. Turner," Friedman said as he put in another bet. Turner called after some hesitation.
"All right, chop it up," Friedman said before he turned over 
for a Badugi. Turner showed 
for an eight-low and they chopped the pot.
Pot-Limit Omaha
Action was three ways with a small pot brewing and 
on the board, and all three players checked to see 
on the turn.
The two players in the blinds checked to Brian Brunner on the button and Brunner tossed out 600. A player in the small blind called and the big blind got out of the way.
The river was and the small blind checked once again. Brunner continued for 800 and the small blind tossed his hand in the muck to give up the early pot.

"Pick a card, any card," the player on the button told the dealer as he fanned out the plaques that represent each variant in the Dealer's Choice event.
The dealer selected one from the middle and turned over No-Limit 2-7 Single Draw.
Scott Bohlman raised under the gun to 300 and Brian Schaniel called from the big blind. Bohlman drew one card and Schaniel took two. Schaniel checked and tossed his cards in the muck when Bohlman continued for another 300.
On the next hand, Brian Schaniel raised to 300 from the small blind and Bohlman called from the big blind. Schaniel drew one and Bohlman took three. Schaniel immediately continued for 300 and Bohlman got away from it to give up the pot.
2-7 Triple Draw Lowball
Jaswinder Lally, the defending champion of this event, drew three on the first draw in a four-way pot that also involved Seamus Blackmore and Frankie O'Dell. Lally, O'Dell, and Blackmore checked before the fourth player bet 200.
Lally raised to 400, O'Dell folded, while his other two opponents called. All three players drew one and Blackmore bet 400 after Lally checked. Lally and the fourth player both called.
"This is the one that counts, baby," the fourth player said as they each drew one again. Lally checked, Blackmore bet 400, the other opponent folded, while Lally called.
Blackmore showed 
for an eight-low and Lally mucked.
