Anthony Zinno limped in on the button and Chris Brewer made it 100,000 to go from the big blind. Zinno reraised to 400,000, committing nearly his entire stack. "Alright," Brewer said as he double-fisted two stacks into the middle. Zinno called off his stack of around 525,000 and the cards were on their backs.

The flop came 9♠9♦7♦ and Zinno's ace-high was still out front. However, the Q♦ on the turn gave Brewer a pair and Zinno was down to just three outs. The K♠ on the river bricked out and Brewer advanced to the semifinals tomorrow.

Zinno Surrenders to Brewer's Pressure

The flop came K♦J♦5♠ and Zinno continued for 30,000. Brewer called to see the 10♦ appear on the turn.

Zinno came out firing again, this time for 50,000. Brewer now put in a raise to 200,000 and Zinno snap-mucked.

Landon Tice bet 20,000 on a flop of 6♣K♥5♣ before Chanracy Khun raised to 45,000.

Tice called to see the 4♥ turn and both players checked. The river came the A♠ and Khun grabbed a few 25,000 green chips from his stack, placed them back on top, then announced he was all in.

Tice immediately flicked in a chip to commit his last 240,000 as Khun opened up 6♦5♦ for two pair.

"Very nice," Tice said as he showed A♦3♦ before getting up to shake Khun's hand. "You played great," he told Khun.

Polk Goes for Value

Action was picked up on the flop with the board showing A♦A♠9♠. Doug Polk bet 25,000 and was reraised by Roberto Perez to 65,000. Polk made the call.

Both players checked the J♦ turn. When the river came the J♣ Polk put out a healthy 155,000 bet. Perez thought about his decision for about 15 seconds before making the fold.

"I had you," Polk told his opponent, revealing that he had A♣J♥ for a turned full house.

Bad Runout for Zinno

Anthony Zinno raised to 50,000 on the button and Chris Brewer just called in the big blind. The flop came 7♠6♠6♦ and Brewer check-called a bet of 25,000 from Zinno.

The turn brought the 8♠ and both players checked to the 5♠ on the river. Brewer led out with a bet of 100,000 with four cards to a straight flush on the board. Zinno didn't waste any time before mucking his cards and Brewer extended his lead.

Khun Continues to Chip Away at Tice

Chanracy Khun limped from the small blind and Landon Tice checked behind. Both players checked the flop and turn leading to a final board of J♣7♣6♣K♣5♦.

Tice bet 32,000 on the river and received a call from his opponent.

"Straight" Tice said, revealing 9x8x. Khun revealed the 4♣5♠ for a small flush which was enough to take the pot down.
