Camille Brown raised 1,200 under the gun and she received calls from both the hijack and the big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of 10♣9♣4♦, and once the big blind checked. Brown continued for 1,300. Both the hijack and the big blind stuck around, making the call.

The 2♣ fell on the turn and the big blind checked once more to Brown as she fired out another bet of 5,700. This time the bet earned the pot as both players tossed their cards into the muck.

Jon Pardy raised to 1,100 from middle position and action folded around to the player in the big blind, who three-bet to 5,200. Pardy wasted little time and four-bet to 17,400, which got a fold from his opponent.

The Big Brother Canada contestant has built his stack steadily throughout the day and currently sits with around 130,000.

Uhl Wins A Battle of the Blinds

Action folded to Wayne Uhl in the small blind who raised to 1,700 and got a call from the big blind leading to a K♠9♠9♥ flop.

Uhl quickly grabbed chips and continued with a bet of 1,300. His opponent in the big blind called the bet to bring out the A♥ on the turn.

Uhl again very quickly and decisively grabbed chips and tossed out another 1,300 bet and again was called by the big blind before the dealer brought out the 5♣ on the river.

Action checked through and Uhl turned over the A♠2♦. His opponent mucked, saying that he had a king as Uhl pulled in the pot.

Wang Goes through a Rollercoaster of Emotions

PokerNews was waved over as action was retold by spectators of the hand.

Action was caught after the flop of A♥4♦3♥, and Brian Wilson led out. Stephanie Wang jammed all in over the top for around 50,000. She received a call from Wilson as both players revealed their hands.

The board ran out 9♥10♥, and Wilson thought he won with his rivered pair of tens. The dealer and Wang both realized that it was her flush with the 8♥ that was the winner. A player at the table commented that 'they've never seen a hand like that in their life let alone the Main Event of the WSOP".

"Every time you come by to count, he chips up," complained a table mate. "It's down, you come by, it goes up. It goes down again, here comes PokerNews, and he wins another pot."

Kalidou Sow opened to 1,000 from middle position and a player next to act in the hijack three-bet to 3,000. The rest of the table folded and Sow came along.

Both players checked their options on every street until the river on a board showing 9♣8♦6♥6♦A♣. Sow checked a third time and his opponent tossed out a bet of 5,000. Sow made the call and the hands were shown.

The hijack tabled A♥5♥ for a rivered ace and Sow smiled as he rolled over A♠5♠ for the same hand to chop up the pot.

"I should have c-bet," said the hijack as him and Sow laughed at having the same hand.

Hollink Chipping Up on Alshanti

In a heads-up pot with around 12,000 in the middle, the board read J♠K♣3♦4♣ when Rob Hollink checked to Abdullah Alshanti who bet 8,000. Hollink thought about it for a minute and called.

A 7♣ showed up on the river and this time Hollink fired 32,000 into the pot, putting Alshanti into a decision. After a few minutes, the latter sent a chip for the call, but only to muck his hand after Hollink tabled Q♣9♣ for a flush on the river.

Pepe's River Bet Gets Through

Michael Pepe raised under the gun to 1,400 and Conrad Simpson called from a couple spots to his left before the cutoff called.

When the A♣J♦6♥ flop hit the felt, all three players checked.

The 2♦ fell on the turn and Pepe fired a bet of 2,800. Simpson quickly got out of the way, but the cutoff tossed in a call.

The 7♠ completed the board and Pepe continued the aggression, putting 5,500 in the middle, and that was enough to force his opponent to surrender.

The action folded around to Tara Cain on the button who made it 1,000 to go. Michael Kapernaros shoved all in for around 7,000 in the small blind and Cain called to put him at risk.

Cain had the better of the two pocket pairs and the flop of K♦4♦2♠ changed nothing. The 8♦ on the turn left Kapernaros with just a single out and the 7♥ on the river was not going to be it.
