Ramdin Finds a Fold

Victor Ramdin opened from middle position and received calls from a player in the small blind as well as Sergio Aido in the big blind.

Action checked to Ramdin on a flop of Q♦K♠7♥ and he continued for 8,000. The small blind called while Aido folded to send the two remaining players heads-up to the turn.

The small blind checked for a second time following the 2♦ turn and then called after Ramdin fired a second barrel of 12,000.

The J♥ river saw the small blind take over the betting lead by making it 35,000 to go. Ramdin considered his options for some time but did find a fold to take a relatively minor hit to his still big stack.

With around 75,000 already in the middle and a completed board showing 6♦8♦4♠10♠9♣, Alex Foxen bet 47,000 from the button and action went on William Black under the gun.

"I don't think I wanted that nine. I just call," Black said, tossing in the chips and turning over 9♦9♥ for the rivered set. Foxen, though, had 9♠7♠ for a straight to take down the pot.

Preflop action began with a raise to 9,000 from the player on the button. Charlie Chiu called from the small blind, while David Lappin chose not to defend his big blind.

The flop came 7♣Q♠2♥, and both players checked. Two more checks then came on the 8♦ turn.

The 4♠ arrived on the river, and Chiu led out for 17,500. His opponent chose not to come along, tossing his cards into the muck.

Hirano Cracks Queens to Send One Out

On the 6♥3♣2♠ flop, Keita Hirano led out for 8,000 into the pot of about 20,000 and his opponent made the call.

The K♦ hit the turn, and Hirano continued with aggression, firing 22,000. His opponent took about 15 seconds and made the call.

When the J♥ completed the board, Hirano eyed his opponent's stack for a few seconds before dropping a stack of greens across the line for a bet of about 300,000. His opponent tanked for a full minute before calling off his remaining stack of 70,000. Hirano tabled A♦K♣, turning a pair of kings, which was good against his opponents Q♦Q♠.

Shafikov Doubles Through Brown

Denys Shafikov opened to 10,000 from the cutoff and Camille Brown three-bet to 36,000 from the big blind. Shafikov made the call.

Brown made a continuation bet of 25,000 on the J♣7♣3♥ flop and Shafikov made the call.

The turn came the 3♣. Brown checked, Shafikov bet 50,000 and Brown made the call.

Brown checked again on the 6♣ river and Shafikov went all in for about 107,000. Brown made the call.

Shafikov tabled A♣9♣ for the nut-flush and Brown revealed the Q♣ in her hand before mucking her cards, sending a major double up in Shafikov's direction.

Beaupre Hits Quads on Magnus for a Big Double Up

Nadya Magnus raised to 8,000 on the button and got called by Shawn Beaupre in the small blind and the big blind.

The flop gave 7♦5♦Q♠ and the trio checked to see a 10♥ on the turn. Beaupre bet 12,000 and only Magnus made the call.

Things heated on the Q♦ river. Beaupre shoved for 286,000 and Magnus went deep into the tank with the dominant stack. After a few minutes, she ended up calling for the following showdown:

Nadya Magnus: A♦3♦

Magnus had the nut flush but was facing Beaupre who had hit quads queens, and the latter scooped the big pot.

Picking up the action partway through the hand, Ryan Tosoc in the small blind had his opponent in the cutoff all in and at risk.

Tosoc had found pocket rockets at an opportune moment to put himself in excellent position to score the knockout. That is exactly what happened after the board ran out 9♥3♦7♦8♠10♥ as Tosoc raked in another pot to add to his large stack.

Palma Shoves on Belluscio

In a blind versus blind battle, Julio Belluscio led out for 7,000 on a flop of 7♥5♣7♠ before Joseph Palma raised to 21,500.

Belluscio called as the A♦ fell on the turn. He then led out again, this time for 15,000. Palma immediately announced he was all in for around 97,000.

Belluscio lowered his head and tanked for a few seconds before sliding his cards into the muck. Palma gave out a big fist pump as he dragged in the pot.
