Park Pulls Out a Crazy Semi Bluff

Level 14 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

According to the table, the cutoff opened and it was called by the button and Kwanghwan Park in the big blind.

The flop brought 733 and it checked to the button who bet 8,000. Only Park made the call.

On the 8 turn, Park led out for 35,000 and his opponent made the call.

When the 6 landed on the river Park checked. The button fired 87,000 in the middle and Park replied by shoving, putting his opponent at risk for a stack around 350,000.

The latter went deep into the tank, and after a few minutes he eventually folded, showing 66 for the full house. Park flipped over A7 before grabbing the big pot.

"You're crazy man!" said the initial player. "That was a crazy hand'.

Lappin Keeps Building

Level 14 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

A player in the small blind limped before David Lappin checked his option out of the big blind.

The small blind led out for 5,000 on the 558 flop and Lappin quickly called.

There was no slowing down for the small blind following the 9 turn as he instead fired again, this time sizing up to 13,000. As on the previous street, Lapin just called.

The board pairing 9 river saw both players check to showdown with Lappin turning over Q8, sufficient to take down the pot as the Irish pro continues to add to his stack.

Hegarty Survives

Level 14 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

There was a raise from early position before the small blind called and Sean Hegarty shoved his 65,000 from the big blind. The early position player called and the small blind got out of the way.

Sean Hegarty: A9
Early Position: A4

It was a sweat for Hegarty as the four came in the window on the QJ4 flop, giving his opponent the lead with a pair of fours. However, the 9 fell on the turn. The K completed the board for Hegarty to rake in the double up.

Rosen Scores an Elimination

Level 14 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Jesse Rosen raised to 11,000 preflop from the hijack. The player on the button reraised all in for their last 55,000, and Rosen made the call.

Button: A9
Rosen: AJ

Rosen was ahead, and also picked up a flush draw on the 10Q6 flop. His opponent found the wrong nine on the 9 turn, which gave Rosen the knockout after the meaningless Q came on the river.

"Should have given him the royal," joked another player at the table.

Ace-High Enough For Farrell

Level 14 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Niall Farrell opened to 10,000 from the hijack and was three-bet to 30,000 by the player in the cutoff. Action folded back to Farrell, who called.

Farrell check-called a 20,000 bet from his opponent on the 66K flop and a 60,000 bet from his opponent on the Q turn after a lengthy tank.

Both players checked down on the 3 river and Farrell tabled AJ for sixes with an ace-high kicker. It was enough, however, as the cutoff mucked and Farrell took down the sizable pot.
