Ohulchanskyi Tries to Bluff Ball

Level 19 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Scott Ball
Scott Ball

Scott Ball opened the button to 16,000 and was called by Yaroslav Ohulchanskyi & Safiya Umerova from the blinds.

The flop came 4A9 and once it checked to Ball, he bet 20,000. Only Ohulchanskyi called.

On the 9 turn, Ohulchanskyi led for 31,000, and Ball called.

Ohulchanskyi checked the 3 river and Ball fired a bet of 60,000. After some time, Ohulchanskyi shoved all in which put Ball to the test for the rest of his stack which totalled around 300,000. Ball was deep in the tank and even apologized to his tablemates for taking so long before he eventually made the call.

"Good call" said Ohulchanskyi after he tabled 77 for a pair of sevens. Ball flipped over 98 for turned trips and took down the pot.
