Negreanu Hits a Set

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Daniel Negreanu
Daniel Negreanu

A player opened to 800 from middle position, then Shota Nakanishi in the hijack three-bet to 2,500. Daniel Negreanu in the small blind called, but the middle-position player folded at this point.

Negreanu and Nakanishi checked the 3210 flop, then on the 9 turn, Negreanu led out for 2,500. Nakanishi called.

The 6 completed the board and Negreanu asked for 5,500. Nakanishi seemed unhappy at first, but he made the call. However his cards went into the muck when Negreanu flipped over 1010 for a set.

Bao Gets Lleshi Off Kings

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Danny Nguyen raised to 1,200 from early position, Dhimitri Lleshi three-bet to 4,000 from the hijack and Songtao Bao cold four-bet to 10,000, from the big blind. Both players called.

The 2410 flop saw Bao continue for 10,000. Nguyen and Lleshi both called.

The 3 turn saw Bao size up to 30,000. Nguyen folded and Lleshi went deep into the tank.

"You have aces?" Lleshi asked as he continued to think, with just 37,000 left behind the line.

"It's fifty-fifty," Lleshi continued "I either have 0% or you have 0%".

Lleshi finally folded KK face up to give Bao the pot.

Deeb Flops Two Pair

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

The player under the gun raised to 800 and was called by Shaun Deeb from directly behind and the player in the big blind.

Action checked to Deeb, who bet 1,100 on the KQ4 flop. Only the initial raiser called.

Both players checked down on the 10 turn and J river and Deeb turned over KQ for kings and queens. It was good against his opponent's pair of jacks and Deeb collected the pot.

Nitsche Heroes to Win

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

A player opened to 700 from early position and received calls from Dominik Nitsche in middle position as well as a player in the big blind.

Action checked through the 74K flop to the K turn at which point the big blind checked again. The early position player fired off a delayed continuation bet of 1,200, with Nitsche making the call while the big blind player got out of the way.

The 3 river saw the early position player barrel once more, this time sizing up to 5,200. Nitsche seemed poised to muck his cards but at the last moment thought better of doing so, instead flicking in a call. His opponent tabled A10 and came up short against Nitsche's 66 as the German pro had correctly found a hero call to win a decent pot.

Ho's Turn Lead Takes Down the Pot

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Maria Ho
Maria Ho

On a flop of 545, Maria Ho had checked out of the big blind and Igor Tregoubov bet 1,200. A player in the cutoff folded before Ho put in the call.

The turn came the 8. Ho thought briefly before leading out for roughly 3,500. Tregoubov was visibly annoyed by this turn and Ho's bet. Ultimately he settled on a fold.

Ho assured Tregoubov that she "had it" as she slid her cards face down to the dealer.
