2024 World Series of Poker
Action was joined on the river with a board that read 3♠5♦5♣10♥J♥ and a pot that had about 12,000 in it.
Michael Wolff made an overbet of 15,000 from the small blind. Wang Lee was on the button and had to think about it for close to a minute before he folded.
A player from under the gun raised to 500 and Elia Ahmadian called from the next seat. Jay Gilbert then squeezed to 2,500 from the hijack, and only Ahmadian called.
They both saw a flop of 8♣7♣K♦ which Ahmadian check-called a 2,000-chip bet from Gilbert.
The 4♦ turn and 7♥ river were both checked through and Ahmadian tabled 10♠10♥ for a pair of tens. Gilbert then flipped Q♥Q♦ for a pair of queens, and took down the pot.
The pot stood at approximately 7,000 with two players looking at a full board of 4♥2♦A♥9♥7♣.
Markus Schill, in the hijack, checked the action to Leo Fernandez, on the button. Fernandez placed a sizable bet of 8,000 and Schill eventually made the call.
Fernandez tabled 9♣9♦ for a turned set, while Schill mucked A♠K♠ face up.
Damian Salas saw a flop of 7♦4♥10♥ with his opponent; they checked to the J♦ turn. Salas bet 300 and was called.
The river came the 7♥ to pair the board. Salas fired out 1,400, to which his opponent folded after a few moments.
On a board of 2♦2♥7♠6♥, Mitch Garshofsky bet 1,200 from under the gun and only Mike Watson made the call from the button.
The river came the 7♦. Garshofsky fired out 4,100 and was met by a raise to roughly 18,000 by Watson. Garshofsky instantly folded and Watson pulled in the pot.
Jeff Gross made it 500 from the cutoff and the button called.
Gross continued for 400 on the 6♥A♥A♦ flop, and the button stuck around.
The action was then checked to showdown on the 8♥6♦ runout where Gross tabled K♣J♠ and the button flipped K♠Q♥ which resulted in a chopped pot.
Asi Moshe opened to 600 from the hijack and was called by Diane Zimmerman on the button and the player in the small blind. The player in the big blind then squeezed to 4,000 and only Zimmerman called.
Zimmerman called a 3,000 bet from her opponent on the A♦7♥2♥ flop and a 7,500 bet from him on the A♣ turn.
Both players checked down on the 9♣ river and the big blind showed K♠10♣.
Zimmerman tabled A♠J♠ for trip aces and collected the pot.
