Oz Takes More From Berkey

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Arriving on a flop of 24Q, Barak Oz checked from the big blind to the player in the hijack. He then bet 800, which both Matt Berkey on the button and Oz called.

The action checked to Berkey on the 2 turn, and he bet 1,600. This time, only Oz made the call for the 6 river to complete the board.

Both players knuckled the table and Oz showed Q9 for top pair, winning the pot.

Atkin's Four-Bet Forces Lococo to Surrender

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

James Atkin opened 600 under the gun and the hijack called before Alejandro Lococo put in a three-bet to 3,300 from the small blind.

Kolonias Takes Control on Turn

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

WSOP bracelet winner Alexandros Kolonias raised to 500 at the cutoff position, and then faced resistance when the player on the button three-bet to 1,700.

The two players in the blinds folded, putting action back on Kolonias, who called.

The dealer fanned 829 on the board, resulting in checks from Kolonias and the player on the button.

The 10 showed up on the turn and Kolonias led out with a 3,000 bet, which the player on the button called.

The dealer placed 4 on the river and Kolonias didn’t slow down, sizing up to a 8,000 bet. The player on the button leaned forward to look at Kolonias’ bet, then folded.

Action checked to Markholt, who bet 2,000 on the 4410 flop. Only the small blind called.

The 2 fell on the turn and it was again checked to Markholt, who bet 4,000. This time his opponent folded and Markholt collected the pot without showing.
