Hashimoto Sends Gonil to the Rail

Level 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Jessica Teusl was all-in for 44,800 with the turn showing 9734 and sunk deep into her chair while her table neighbor was trying to get any kind of info. Eventually, she earned the fold and then offered to show her cards if her opponent would show his.

That offer brought no response and Teusl raked in the pot.

On a nearby table, Monil Gohil four-bet jammed a shorter stack and was instantly called by Akira Hashimoto.

Monil Gohil: 99 All in
Akira Hashimoto: KK

It was an uphill battle for Gohil and he didn't get there on the Q55J5 runout.

Ankit Ahuja
Ankit Ahuja

Action folded around to the blinds, where Phil Ivey raised to 3,000 from the small blind and Ankit Ahuja three-bet to 10,500 from the big blind.

Ivey stuck in enough chips to put Ahuja all in for approximately 100,000 total and Ahuja called to put himself at risk.

Ankit Ahuja: JJAll in
Phil Ivey: AA

Ahuja found himself in a bit of a cooler in the blind-versus-blind confrontation, and the K8Q48 runout bricked out for Ahuja to send his chips Ivey's way.
