Level 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Shaun Deeb
Shaun Deeb

On a three-way flop of 2Q8, Juan Lapido checked, Shaun Deeb bet 90,000, and Mihail Andonov called.

But then Lapido check-raised to 325,000, which Deeb responded to by moving all in to cover both opponents.

This resulted in quick folds from both players to award him the pot for a nice pickup.

Meanwhile, Tim Duckworth was sweating in the shadows as he sent a masseuse to collect an $180 bill from Deeb.

"Thanks Shaun!" he shouted

"Yeah, you're lucky I just won a nice pot!" Deeb laughed.

Francisco Benitez had raised to 55,000 under the gun and the short-stacked Erick Lindgren defended his big blind.

The flop fell 542. Lindgren checked, Benitez put him all in for less than the pot, and Lindgren mulled it over for a while.

Eventually, Benitez called the clock and Lindgren made the call for his tournament life during the countdown.

Francisco Benitez: 8765

Lindgren turned the best pair with the K, but the 7 river made Benitez a straight to eliminate his opponent.
