Level 26 : Limits 60,000/120,000, 0 ante
Johndavid Rogers
Johndavid Rogers

A raising war began preflop when Adam Tyburski raised from the button. David Rogers opted for a raise from the small blind and was met with a four-bet from Tyburski. Rogers put the last of his chips to create a showdown.

David Rogers: 33All in
Adam Tyburski: AQ

Rogers was ahead to begin the runout, but the 45Q flop changed that. The 2 turn created a sweat, giving Rogers some flush and straight outs, but the 5 bricked on the river to send him out of the tournament.

Beversdorf Doubles Through Rogers

Level 26 : Limits 60,000/120,000, 0 ante

There was some big preflop action, as David Rogers put in a raise from the cutoff, only to be met with a three-bet from Andrew Beversdorf, who was on the button. Undeterred, Rogers went for a four-bet, and saw yet another raise from Beversdorf, which he snapped off.

On a flop of 5AJ Rogers didn't slow down as he bet into Beversdorf, who had less than a big bet behind. Beversdorf then shoved, and despite the small size, Rogers clearly wasn't happy about the spot he was in. Nonetheless, he placed in the chips.

David Rogers: 99

Rogers couldn't find a set on the 27 runout, as he was left very short, with Beversdorf getting a huge double

Double for Duong

Level 26 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante
Jason Duong
Jason Duong

Jason Duong opened from under the gun and was raised by Bobbi Harrell in the big blind. Duong came along with a call.

Harrell fired on the 8310 flop and was called yet again by Duong.

Another bet from Harrell occurred on the 2 turn, which resulted in another call from Duong.

The 6 did not slow Harrell down as she bet, but Harrell was raised all in for slightly more by Duong. Harrell called and was shown the 66 by Duong for a set of sixes which was more than enough to topple Harrell's AK.

Rogers Hits Huge Flop

Level 26 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante
David Rogers
David Rogers

Jason Duong and David Rogers got into another battle, as Duong put in a raise from the cutoff, and Rogers decided to defend his big blind, leaving less than a big bet behind.

On a flop of 965, Duong opted for a continuation-bet after being checked to, and Rogers then placed in the rest of his stack. Duong realised he only had to place in less than the amount of a small bet to call, and did so.

David Rogers: K2 All in
Jason Duong: A9

Rogers showed that he had gotten the dream flop, and had Duong drawing to runner-runner. The turn 2 sealed his double up, and he apologised to the rest of the table on the 10 river, as he denied them all a pay jump.

Duong Keeps the Heat on

Level 26 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante

From middle position, David Rogers placed in a raise, however found himself getting three-bet by Jason Duong in the small blind. Rogers then placed in the call.

On a flop of 258, Duong placed in a bet which was called by Rogers. The same was true on the 6 turn, and Duong continued for a third street of aggression when the 6 peeled off on the River. After a short pause, Rogers surrendered the pot to Duong.
