The runout of 10♦9♦2♦5♥4♣ allowed Wittmeyer to chip up to 1,200,000 chips.

Stephen Chidwick started things off with a raise to 50,000 in the cutoff. Mathew Frankland reraised to 180,000 on the button and Chidwick just called. The flop came A♣J♣10♣ and Chidwick checked to Frankland who continued with a bet of 125,000. Chidwick check-raised to 350,000 and Frankland called.
The turn brought the 2♣ and Chidwick checked again. Frankland tossed in a bet of 375,000 and Chidwick stuck around to see the 9♥ on the river. Chidwick checked for the third time and Frankland quickly checked it back. Chidwick rolled over K♦Q♣ for a flush and Frankland couldn't beat it.

Martin Kabrhel raised to 60,000 in the cutoff and Landon Tice defended from the big blind. The flop fell A♣K♥7♥ and both players checked to the Q♥ on the turn.
Tice "weakly" checked again and Kabrhel baited him with a bet of 5,000, which was forced to be the minimum of 30,000. Tice called and the 6♣ landed on the river.
Tice checked once more and Kabrhel counted out a bet of 40,000. Tice looked him up and Kabrhel flipped over K♠9♥ for the "Casino Royale", which was deemed the winner.

John Hennigan, in the big blind, had a fresh 600,000 starting stack and used some of it to call Manuel Fritz's raise to to 60,000.
Hennigan then check-folded to a bet of 40,000 on the K♥5♠2♠ flop.
On the next deal, Fritz opened from the hijack before Hennigan three-bet to 210,000. Brandon Wittmeyer moved all in as the big stack from the big blind, which folded out Fritz. Hennigan, however, called for his tournament life.
John Hennigan: AxQx
Brandon Wittmeyer: 9x9x
Hennigan whiffed the 10♦7♥4♠ flop and was drawing dead after Wittmeyer made a set on the 9♣ turn. The 8♦ river completed the board to mark the end of Johnny World's run.

Chip leader Thomas Boivin opened to 60,000 from the hijack, and when action folded to Orpen Kisacikoglu in the small blind, he moved all in for 390,000. Boivin called, and the players went to a showdown.
Orpen Kisacikoglu: A♠9♥
Thomas Boivin: 4♣4♦
The 5♣J♠5♥ flop added to Kisacikoglu's outs, offering the opportunity to counterfeit Boivin.
The 7♦ turn added three more outs, but the river 6♥ ensured the pot was pushed the way of Boivin, and Kisacikoglu headed to the exit.

Brandon Stephen raised from the hijack to 75,000, and both Jason Koon and Nacho Barbero called from the blinds.
All three players checked the 10♠9♠2♥ flop, and when Koon checked again on the 2♠ turn, Barbero bet 200,000. Stephen quickly got out of the way, but Koon stuck around to see the river.
Koon checked again on the A♦ river, and after a moment, Barbero also checked.
Koon showed A♠5♠ for the nut flush, and Barbero mucked his hand.

Danny Tang opened to 60,000 in the hijack and was called by Joao Vieira in the cutoff along with Bryn Kenney in the big blind. The flop came K♠J♠5♠ and Tang continued with a bet of 50,000. Vieira called and Kenney check-raised to 230,000. Both Tang and Vieira stuck around for the 4♦ on the turn.
Kenney used a time bank before jamming all in for 430,000. Tang quickly folded but Vieira called just as fast. Kenney flipped over 6♠4♠ for a flush but Vieira held 8♠7♠ for a bigger one. The 9♥ on the river was insignificant and Kenney headed to the rail.
