Fikret Kovac opened the action up under the gun with a raise to 6,000. Alisson Piekazewicz then shoved from middle position and counted out his stack while waiting for a caller. "47.2," he announced right as Aleem Kanji reshoved from the big blind. Frustratedly, Kovac folded KQ face up.

Alisson Piekazewicz: AK All in

Eskenazi Catches a Boat on the River

Level 12 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

John Hemme opened the button and Scott Eskenazi jammed for around 55,000 from the small blind. Hemme quickly called.

Eskenazi was behind to the ace-high of Hemme, but he did have two live cards. The KJ10 flop gave Eskenazi top two pair and Hemme the nuts. The 9 turn didn't change anything, but the J on the river improved Eskenazi to a boat, keeping him in the tournament.
