Wang's Flush Comes in on the River

After a couple of preflop limps, Ivan Starostin raised to 1,100 on the button. Michael Wang three-bet to 3,900 from the small blind and only Starostin called. The flop came 8♠5♠4♥ and Wang continued with a bet of 3,800 which Starostin called.

The turn was the Q♦ and Wang checked this time. Starostin tossed in a bet of 10,000 and Wang called to see the 7♠ on the river. Wang checked again and Starostin checked it back this time. Wang flipped over A♠A♣9♠5♣ for a rivered flush to claim the pot.

A completed board of 10♥10♦3♦8♣7♣ was spread across the felt with a pot of around 30,000 already up for grabs. Barbaro Diaz led out with a bet of 11,500 from the big blind and Pierre Erbland jammed all in for 39,400.

Diaz asked for a count and contemplated for a brief moment before making the call. Erbland turned over A♣A♦8♦7♠ for just two pair while Diaz turned over KxQx10x7x for a full house, sending Erbland to the rail in the opening level.

Ken Cater made it 700 to go from the cutoff with Viktor Blom calling on the button, Amin Hudda calling out of the small blind, and Ken Fishman defending his big blind.

Four players saw the dealer fan out a flop of 4♣10♠5♦. Afte two checks, Cater bet 3,200, which only Hudda called.

The board-pairing 4♠ appeared on the turn, and Hudda check-folded to Cater's bet of 5,000.

Christopher Frank raised it up to 1,100 from under the gun and picked up four callers along the way including Viktor Blom seated across from him. The flop fell K♠6♣5♠ and the action checked to Amin Hudda on the button who bet 6,000. Kenneth Cater was the only player to call from early position and they went heads-up to the 6♦ on the turn.

Both players checked and the 10♣ completed the board. Cater led out with a pot-sized bet of 18,000 and Hudda sent his cards into the muck. Cater showed the 6♠ as he raked in the pot and the rest of his hand went face down into the muck.
