Greenwood Takes it on the Turn

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
Lucas Greenwood
Lucas Greenwood

Lucas Greenwood opened to 1,200 from the cutoff, but Nikola Gasevic had a hand he felt was worth more. Playing from the small blind, he put in a three-bet to 3,500. Action then folded back to Greenwood, who made the call.

Gasevic continued his aggression with a bet of 2,800 on the very connected 564 flop, which again, Greenwood called.

The 7 turn brought four to a straight in both directions, and Gasevic elected to check. Greenwood accepted the invitation to take over the betting lead and placed a substantial wager of 8,000.

Gasevic did take some time to deliberate, but ultimately decided to return his cards to the dealer.
