Madala Shoves the River in Three-Way Pot

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Bart Lybaert bet 3,000 from the cutoff on a flop of 109Q and Vijayarakesh Madala raised to 11,000 in early position. Peter Morris called in middle position, as did Lybaert.

The turn was the A and Madala bet another 17,000. Only Morris called this time to see the 8 river. Madala then moved all in for 30,000.

Morris quickly folded and Madala raked in the pot.

Bardah Back to Six Figures

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Three-way to a flop of Q55, Changliang Deng checked from the small blind to Ronnie Bardah in late position, who bet 1,800. Aaron Owens then min-raised to 3,600, and Deng called cold.

Bardah also called, after which the 2 turn was checked by all three. Deng continued checking on the 8 river, but Bardah picked the aggression back up with a bet of 5,600.

Owens snap-folded, but Deng called after some time in the tank. Bardah tabled AJ for a flush, and Deng flung his cards toward the muck.

Li Abandon's Boat

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Nan Li, who has been among the chip leaders for much of the day, bet 13,000 chips on the river from middle position with the board reading: J9J8Q.

Corey Wick, playing from under the gun, check-raised to 50,000.

Li went into an intensive tank. He appeared to come close to calling on a couple of occasions, but in the end he laid down his hand.

But he didn't want to let it go. He showed 99, meaning he had flopped a full house.

Wick, seeing what Li folded, turned his hand over. He had KJ, for trip jacks.

Kim Crushes Cloutier on the Turn

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
San Kim
San Kim

San Kim and Eric Cloutier exchanged raises before the flop until Cloutier was all in for his last 40,000 on the button and Kim put him at risk in middle position.

Eric Cloutier: QQ All in
San Kim: J10

Cloutier had caught Kim making a move and was a big favorite to double up as the flop came 279. The turn, though, brought the 8 to give Kim a straight. The J completed the board on the river and a stunned Cloutier made his way to the rail.

"You should go play a cash game tonight, you'll make $100,000," tablemate Kenny Nguyen joked with Kim.

"I don't play that way in a cash game," Kim replied with a smile as he stacked up nearly 300,000.

Reinstein Clicks it Back

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Jared Reinstein opened from the hijack to 1,400 and saw the player one seat to his left make the call. Sensing an opportunity, Thomas Winschel three-bet from the big blind to 6,000.

Not to be outdone, Reinstein responded with a raise of his own, a four-bet to 13,000.

The original caller in the cutoff couldn't get out of there quick enough, and Winschel followed suit, abandoning his chips in the middle and returning his cards to the dealer.

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Ewen Trevidy from middle position and Jacob Daniels from the big blind were heads-up to a completed board of 63244 with 13,000 in the middle already.

Daniels checked to Trevidy who bet 6,000 before Daniels announced all-in as the covering stack for 49,300 effective. Trevidy would go deep into the tank, and after four minutes the clock was called. With ten seconds remaining, Trevidy flicked in a single chip to call off for his tournament life.

Ewen Trevidy: QQ All in
Jacob Daniels: 96
