Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

John Jankowski raised to 2,500 from early position, Casey Glick three-bet from the seat next to him. Action folded to the small blind, where Yauheni Rusin shoved all in. Jankowski and Glick called.

The flop of QQ2 brought checks from Jankowski and Glick, before Glick bet 13,000 into a side pot on the 10 turn. They checked on the A river.

Jankowski had K10 and Glick 109 for a chop of the side pot.

Rusin, who had been waiting anxiously, finally got to show his hand. He tabled QQ having flopped quads to triple up.

Henry Finds an Ace to Eliminate Simmons

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Sampson Simmons opened the button to 2,500 and Jason White called in the small blind. In the big blind, Joseph Henry squeezed to 12,400. Simmons would then jam for 25,900. White tanked for a while before he folded what he later said was ace-queen. Henry would then tank for almost two minutes before he flicked in the additional 13,500 to call.

Sampson Simmons: QQ All in
Joseph Henry: AQ

Simmons was in good shape to double until the A109 flop gave Henry top pair. As the 7 turn was dealt, White broke an unwritten rule as he exclaimed, "It's over, I folded a queen!" The 2 completed the board and Simmons was sent to the exit.

Miller Gets One Through

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Wendell Barnes started the action with a raise to 2,500. Only Clifford Miller, on his immediate left, made the call.

The dealer provided a K86 flop, on which Barnes continued for 2,200. Miller was happy to play for it all, though, moving all of his 26,500 chips into the middle.

Barnes took a minute or so to make a decision, but ultimately chose just to let go of his cards.
