Talal Shakerchi opened from the hijack to 1,800 and only Robert Petrowski called out of the big blind.

Heads-up to the J57 flop that saw Petrowski check-call a bet of 1,600 from Shakerchi.

The 10 came on the turn and Petrowski checked again. Shakerchi quickly fired out 3,000, resulting in an even quicker fold from Petrowski.

Kyle Miholich jammed for an even 8,000 from under the gun and got one call from Joshua Bobrosky two seats to his left.

"Casino royale!" Miholich proclaimed as he attempted to summon some Martin Kabrhel run-good.

The 1072 gave Miholich some backdoors but he still needed some help to survive.

"Need to see some paint," Miholich begged as the dealer completed the board with 38 and Miholich was left with king-high.

Miholich exclaimed "Not like that!" once the river card was dealt, and he earned some laughs from the room on his way to the rail.

Kornuth Pays Arieh Off

Heads-up on a completed board of 7456J with several thousand already in the middle, Chance Kornuth checked from the big blind and Josh Arieh bet 3,300.

Kornuth weighed his options, but eventually landed on a call and Arieh tabled QJ for a pair of jacks.

Kornuth sent his hand into the muck and Arieh padded his stack.

Yu Wu opened to 1,600 in middle position and got a caller in Samuel Dray in hijack.

Both players saw a flop of 106A. Wu continued with 2,000 and Dray stayed on.

The turn Q and river K was checked by both players. Wu tabled first showing A3 and Dray tabled A2 for a chop.

Zektser Receives an Early Double

By the time the turn showed J646, more than 60,000 were in the middle and Todd Carson checked. Igor Zektser then pushed all-in for 18,700 and Carson snap-called.

The A on the river was a blank and Zektser doubled. Carson was left very short and busted soon after.

Above Average Flop for Narducci

Gustavo Narducci from the cutoff and Felipe Olivieri from the big blind had both committed 4,500 preflop to create a bloated pot.

On the K44 flop, Olivieri checked to Narducci who bet 1,500 and Olivieri put in the call.

The 3 turn checked through to the 8 river which saw Olivieri block for just 900. Narducci would then put out a raise to 7,000, and Olivieri reluctantly called after a small tank. He got the bad news as Narducci tabled KK for a flopped full house to win the pot, prompting an obligatory "That's it?" comment from one of his tablemates.

Carmen Raiche-Marsden and Steven Benjamin had created a huge pot of 90,000 when they arrived on the K38Q4 river. Raiche-Marsden checked to Benjamin, who bet 35,000.

Raiche-Marsden quickly tossed in a single calling chip. Benjamin sheepishly tabled AJ for ace-high, and Raiche-Mardsen raked in the pile of chips with AK for top pair.
