Frank Flowers opened to 250,000 from middle position and called when Nadav Barash three-bet to 700,000 on his direct left.
The action checked through to showdown for the final board to read A♣10♦4♦J♦7♥.
Flowers had a pair of tens with 10♥8♥, but Barash had the winner with KxKx.
Vladimir Nex shoved from the cutoff for 855,000 and John Wasnock called in the big blind.

Nex had the best of it preflop, but fell behind post as the K♦5♦2♠ flop paired Wasnock's king. A 2♣ on the turn left Nex with just three outs, but he couldn't find it on the 4♦ river, ending his run.
Richard Buckingham raised to 200,000 from middle position with A♦A♥. Stefan Nemetz called from the hijack with 10♠10♦, and Kyle Grupp defended his big blind holding Q♦7♦.
Grupp checked first on the 3♦6♥Q♠ flop, prompting Buckingham to bet 200,000. Nemetz and Grupp called.
The J♣ came on the turn, and Grupp checked again. Buckingham bet 500,000, which got folds from Nemetz and Grupp.
Diego Ponce three-bet in middle position before Florian Ribouchon moved all in for 3,700,000 from the button. The table folded back around to Ponce who called and put Ribouchon at risk.

Ribouchon found himself crushed holding jacks against Ponce's queens, and the Q♥4♦3♦ flop improved Ponce to top set. The rest of the board came 5♥9♦ and Ribouchon was sent to the rail.
Nazar Buhaiov raised to 200,000 with A♦4♦ from middle position, and only Matija Kajtez called from the small blind with Q♠J♥.
Kajtez checked after the dealer fanned out the J♠A♠4♣ flop, and Buhaiov bet 200,000. Kajtez stuck around with a call.
The 3♦ hit the turn, and Kajtez checked again. Buhaiov paused for a few moments and then shoved his 550,000 into the middle. Kajtez did some inventory of his stack and mulled it over for a while before deciding to fold and surrender the pot to Buhaiov.
Fabrice Bigot was all in for around 800,000 from the big blind against Nick Pupillo in the hijack on a flop of 8♥10♣6♦.

Bigot had the best hand with a pair of eights against Pupillo's open-ended straight draw, but the board ran out 10♥9♥ to counterfeit Bigot's hand as both players made nines and tens with Pupillo having the better kicker.
The French pro was eliminated, but he is still represented at the table by fellow countrymen Thomas Eychenne, Arnaud Mattern, and Adrien Zychowski.
"There's only room for three French guys at the table," said Daniel Iachan.
One orbit ago, Japan's Yuta Mutsuura had raised for most of his stack and claimed the blinds and big blind ante before losing the profit in the next two hands.
He then raised to 500,000 from under the gun next with less than that behind. Two seats over, Rahul Rastogi three-bet to 900,000 and the rest of the table got out of the way while Mutsuura called.

The 7♠4♣3♥ flop gave Mutsuura some outs but he failed to improve further on the A♠ turn and Q♠ river.
The short-stacked Ben Jackson jammed for 815,000 from under the gun. The action folded to Benjamin Williams, who went into the tank. After counting his stack, and some time in the tank, he called.

Zarvan Tumboli opened to 200,000 before Adam Hendrix made it 475,000 two seats over. Tukboli jammed for around 2,000,000 more and Hendrix snap-called as the bigger stack.
