Michael Parisi opened to 200,000 from early position. Tomas Szwarcberg and Sejo Kasic called from the cutoff and button. Hartt Stearns and Eric Afriat then came along from the blinds, swelling the pot to 1,100,000 preflop.
The action checked to Szwarcberg on the K♦5♥4♥ flop, and he bet 225,000. Only Afriat and Parisi called.
Afriat led out for 550,000 on the 9♥ turn, and folded out his remaining opponents.

Wagner Wysotchanski had just moved to a new seat when, on his first hand, he opened to 250,000 in early position. Adrien Zychowski then moved all in for 1,420,000 in middle position and Wysotchanski called.

Zychowski was a big favorite to double up, and he didn't have to wait long to secure the double up as the 9♠9♦3♥ flop gave him quads. His large rail erupted in celebration while the rest of the J♥4♦ board was a mere formality before he raked in the pot.

Chad Power opened to 225,000 in early position and Leo Margets called in middle position.
Power bet 150,000 on the 5♣4♠K♥ flop and Margets called. Power then checked on the 8♦ turn and Margets bet 245,000. Power called.
Power checked once more on the 2♠ river and Margets took some time before betting 815,000 as the cocktail server came by for drink orders — black coffee for Alen Tenorio and green tea for Murilo Milhomem.
"Nitty call," Power said he showed A♥A♠ to be crushed by the nuts of Margets with 7♣6♣.

Joshua Beckenstein raised to 200,000 in the hijack with A♠K♥ and Will Kassouff three-bet to 700,000 in the small blind with 9♠9♦. Beckenstein counted out a four-bet to 1,600,000 and Kassouf called after the clock was asked for.
The flop came J♦5♦2♥ and Kassouf checked to Beckenstein who threw in a bet of 550,000. Kassouf spent nearly five minutes in the tank before finally calling. The K♠ peeled off on the turn and Kassouf checked again. After a few seconds, Kassouf tried to call the clock on Beckenstein but more time was given before Beckenstein announced a bet of 2,000,000.
The clock was called on Kassouf and he was given five seconds to act before his cards were deemed to be dead.
"Can you get Jack Effel over here, please?" Kassouf asked. The rail cheered and Kassouf was overly disturbed at the ruling despite wasting an egregious amount of time throughout the day.

Hans Bosman raised to 200,000 from early position before Matija Kajtez three-bet to 550,000 from the next seat. When it folded back around to Bosman, he four-bet jammed for 2,630,000 holding 8♠8♥. After a long tank, Kajtez folded A♥Q♥, prompting Bosman to turn over the eight of hearts.

Ben Jackson raised to 200,000 from and early position and Eric Afriat three-bet to 700,000 on the button, forcing out Jackson.
One hand later, Afriat raised and claimed the blinds, exposing his A♠K♥ in the process.
The next hand after that, Hartt Stearns open-jammed his last 395,000 from middle position. He was called by Michael Parisi on the button and the blinds folded.

Richard Green was already all in from middle position as Diego Ponce and Ihab Ali went to the turn on a board of 10♣6♦5♣5♦ with around 800,000 in the pot.
Ali then bet 200,000 from the big blind and Ponce called in the hijack. Both players then checked the 3♣ river and Ali showed Q♠6♠ for two pair.
"I looked at two picture cards," Green said as he revealed the J♣. He then slammed down the K♥ which was no help, and Ali scooped the pot to send Green to the rail.

Richard Buckingham raised it up to 200,000 from the hijack only to be three-bet by Hans Bosman on the button to 600,000. After the blinds folded, Buckingham ripped it, and Bosman called for his for 2,870,000 total.

Buckingham had Big Slick against the two jacks of Bosman. The 8♦3♥4♦ flop was great for Bosman, and the 6♥ turn meant only an ace or king on the river would end Bosman's Main Event. The river was the 6♣ and Bosman earned the double-up through Buckingham.
