Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Tyler Cornell
Tyler Cornell

This hand was picked up on the flop with over 2,000 in the middle of a board that read 768. Iurii Senchylo checked it from early position before Tyler Cornell bet 1,200. Senchylo made the call.

The K turn resulted in another check from Senchylo. Cornell followed with a bet of 6,000, and Senchylo called.

Both players knuckled the Q river.

Senchylo showed 85 for a pair of eights, but it was no good as Senchylo found out the river hurt him when Cornell tabled Q9 for a rivered pair of queens to claim the pot.

Smidinger Doubles With Kings; Lee Gives His Opinion

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

After some raising back and forth preflop, Eric Smidinger was all in and at risk from middle position, with Joel Legorreta trying to bust him from the next seat.

Eric Smidinger: KK All in
Joel Legorreta: AQ

Smidinger's cowboys faded an ace on the 961085 runout, earning him the double-up to almost 100,000.

After the hand, Sonny Lee, who had been seated under the gun, stood up from his chair and announced that he had folded 87. The comment was only the beginning.

While the next hand was being dealt, Lee continued to berate Legorreta for how he had played ace-queen.

"This is a $10,000 tournament, not a $1,000," Lee said, adding a disappointed shake of his head to the comment.
