Sandev Gets Paid By Faulkner

Georgi Sandev opened to 800 from the cutoff before Max Faulkner called on the button. Chad Burum joined the hand with a call out of the small blind.

The 62Q flop led to a round of checks to bring the 9 turn.

Burum and Sandev both checked before Faulkner wagered 1,500. Burum folded, but Sandev stuck around with a call.

The A river resulted in another check from Sandev. Faulkner fired 1,500 again, but this time, Sandev check-raised to 8,000. Faulkner pondered the situation before he put in a call to go to a showdown.

Sandev showed A9 for running two pair, while Faulkner showed AK for a rivered pair of aces that was no good.

Hunter Puts on the Pressure

Hooman Nikzad opened to 700 from under the gun and Jeffrey Hunter called from middle position. Cameron Holder called from the cutoff and Toby Lewis defended his big blind.

The 1072 flop saw Hunter move all in for their remaining 21,000 after Hunter and Nikzad checked. Hunter saw no callers, and scooped the pot.

In the next hand on the same table, Tyler Dickinson limped from middle position and Toby Lewis called from the small blind. Hooman Nikzad checked the big blind and the players saw 832 flop. Action checked around to the J turn and Nikzad checked. Dickinson bet 2,200, and Nikzad called.

A 3 fell on the river, and Nikzad check-called another 2,000 bet by Dickinson. Nikzad mucked after Dickinson showed his QJ for two pair.

Cole Gets Respect

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Chad Eveslage opeend to 700 from the hijack and was called by Krysta De Lima in the small blind and Montgomery Cole in the big blind.

The flop came 794 and it was checked to Eveslage, who continued for 800. De Lima called, but Cole then check-raised to 3,000. Eveslage folded and De Lima called.

The K fell on the turn and De Lima check-folded facing a 5,000 barrel from Cole, who was sent the pot.

Rabas Sends Lin Home

On the turn of a board that read 10Q87 early position Jianfeng Lin had moved all in for 22,100 over Felix Rabas 10,000 bet from the cutoff.

Rabas went deep into the tank while eating his pasta, but eventually found the call.

The K arrived on the turn, and Ehia led out for 1,400. Koon quickly called.

The 7 completed the board, and Ehia fired for 2,400. Koon folded, flashing AJ for a busted flush draw, while Ehia dragged in the pot without revealing his hand.

Paul Coles opened to 800 under the gun, and Michael Loncar three-bet to 3,000 from middle position. Joshua Palmer cold-called from the cutoff, Anthony Piacquadio did the same from the big blind, and Coles came along as well.

On a flop of QA8 action checked to Loncar, who bet out for another 3,000. His only customer was Piacquadio, who checked again on the 8 turn.

Here, Loncar sized up to 8,100, and Piacquadio called yet again. The latter checked for a third time on the A river, and folded to a bet of 8,500 from his opponent.
