Places to Be

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

In a lightning-speed pot, Blake Bohn raised to 600 in the hijack, and Aldo Salerno called in the big blind.

Bohn continued for 600 on an 8103 flop, which Salerno check-called.

Salerno then immediately led out for 1,500 on the 10 turn, and Bohn snap-folded. As soon as his cards were in the muck, Bohn was up, out of his seat and left the area.

Peterson Calls Down Hold

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Yi Lin opened from early position, and Brian Murphy called from middle position. Natasha Peterson called from the hijack and Sean Hold defended his big blind.

The 222 flop saw Hold bet out 1,100, and all players called behind. A 4 was turned and Hold bet out another 3,500. Lin folded, as did Murphy, but Peterson made the call.

A 7 fell on the river, and Hold asked for 6,000. Peterson took some time before making the call, and there was hesitation from both before Peterson tabled her AJ.

Hold let out, "You called that s***, what the f***?" and he tabled his matching AJ. Another player at the table said, "Nice move, nice call," as the players chopped the pot.

Carlos Sanchez raised to 800 from early position, and Michael Casella three-bet to around 2,500 from the next seat. Sanchez called.

The flop fell 3AJ, and Sanchez checked to Casella, who bet 600. Sanchez check-raised to 2,500, and Casella just called.

The board-pairing J on the turn checked through before the 6 completed the board. Sanchez bet 2,500, and Casella quickly called.

Sanchez tabled 98 for a flopped flush, but it was second best to Casella's QQ, which had rivered the higher flush.

Stearns Takes Another

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Florian Duta raised to 900 from under the gun, and Hartt Stearns called in the hijack. Jorge Postigo then three-bet to 3,500 on the button, which got a fold from Duta, but a call from Stearns.

Stearns checked in flow on the Q104 flop, and called when Postigo continued with a bet of 3,200.

The Q turn saw Stearns switch gears, leading out for 6,000. Postigo didn't hang around, instead releasing his cards to the dealer, seeing Stearns add to his table chip lead.
