By the time the live reporting team arrived, Keanu Moerman was already all-in for 29,300 with K♠K♥ versus A♦K♦. The board ran out 7♠6♥3♦J♠8♥ and the Belgian doubled back above the starting stack in the second level of Day 2abc.

Kimberly Manley raised from early position to 2,200, David Quang called from the hijack, and Oliver Bithell called from the big blind. The players checked down the entire board of 7♦J♠4♦3♠4♥.
Bithell mucked, Manley turned over K♦Q♣, and Quang turned over A♥Q♠ for a pair of fours with an ace kicker.
Around 100,000 was already in the middle as Kazuki Sogabe and Domenico Gala went heads-up on a board of J♦9♦9♥J♠10♠. According to the other players at the table, Sogabe had three-bet to 15,500 in the big blind before Gala four-bet to 32,000 in early position. Sogabe called that bet, and another on the flop.
After checking the turn, Gala moved all in on the river, sending Sogabe deep into the tank. He took nearly five minutes before calling for his last 105,000, and Gala showed A♣K♣. Sogabe turned over Q♥Q♠ to win the massive pot and double up.
Michael Eisenzopf opened to 2,000 from early position. Mindaugas Jonaitis made the call from the hijack before Antonio Ruelas came along with a call on the button. Angelina Rich three-bet to 11,000 from the small blind, but Eisenzopf countered with a four-bet to 35,000. Jonaitis and Ruelas both folded.
Rich five-bet jammed for 76,000 before Eisenzopf said, "I guess I have to do this," and made the call to put Rich at risk.
Angelina Rich: K♠K♦
Michael Eisenzopf: A♠A♥
Rich was in deep trouble against the pocket aces of Eisenzopf, but the flop reversed her fortune when it fanned out K♥3♦Q♣ to give Rich top set.
The Q♦ turn improved Rich to a full house before the 9♠ river sealed the deal as Rich cracked Eisenzopf's aces to keep her tournament hopes alive.
"That's why I don't fucking like going all-in preflop," said a dejected Eisenzopf. "Once again, my fucking aces get cracked."
Anthony Danna raised from the hijack to 2,000, and Ryan Drossel called from the button. Both players checked down the board of 4♠4♥6♠9♥2♣, and Danna flipped over A♣6♣ for two pair, while Drossel mucked.
Heads-up on a completed board of 3♣10♥9♠3♦Q♦ with over 30,000 already in the middle, Tyler Cornell checked from early position and Sasha Liu bet 25,000 from the cutoff.
Cornell thought a while before check-raising to 100,000, sending Liu deep into the tank.
Liu eventually tossed in a single chip to indicate a call and was met with a "Good call," from Cornell, who tabled J♣9♣ for just a pair of nines.
Liu turned over A♦A♠ and was sent the massive pot to take the chip lead.
Three-ways to a flop of 9♥4♣3♦, it checked to Greg Merson on the button, who bet 3,500. In the big blind, Robin Bergren check-raised to 10,000. Original opener Viet Vo from middle position then moved all in for 16,100. Merson painfully folded, but Bergren called.
Viet Vo: Q♠Q♦
Robin Bergren: 10♠10♦
Vo was in great shape with the dominating pair, and he locked it up on the Q♣ turn. The river was the 5♣ as Vo secured the double.
The 2012 Main Event Champion Merson was upset following the hand after he folded the winner, saying that he had A♣9♣ for top pair, top kicker. His backdoor nut flush would have materialized, so Bergren's check-raise saved Vo's tournament life.
Action had folded around to Reza Fahim on the button who open-jammed for his last 7,000 and the small blind folded. Svetlana Gromenkova was in the big blind and had 18,500 behind her and went into the tank. She took around a minute before opting to call, putting Fahim at risk of elimination from the Main Event.
Reza Fahim: Q♦J♠
Svetlana Gromenkova: Q♠10♦
Fahim was ahead and held on the 7♥5♥3♣ flop. There was no change on the Q♣ turn and the J♥ river locked up the double for Fahim, leaving Gromenkova with just ten big blinds to play with.
