Chip Counts
There was at least 30,000 in the pot when this hand was picked up on a complete board of K♥10♠8♠8♦5♦.
Scott Downes led out for 16,000 from the hijack before Timothy Chung shipped it from the cutoff.
Downes gave it considerable thought as he would have to put his stack in to make the call and risk his tournament life.
Downes opted to fold as Chung took the pot on the river without a showdown.
There were roughly 20,000 chips in the pot on 7♥4♠8♥5♣3♥.
Gregory Kelley, in the cutoff, thought for a short while before putting Heder De Araujo, who was in middle position, all in for roughly 25,000. De Araujo took some time over his decision before eventually flicking in the call.
De Araujo was pleased to see Kelley had a stone bluff.

Gregory Kelley: J♣10♣
De Araujo scooped the pot and doubled his stack.
Sean Sutton raised to 2,200 under the gun and was called by Will Woodward in middle position and Ueberton De Aquino in the cutoff. Ronald Moore then three-bet to 12,000 on the button, and only De Aquino called.
The flop came A♠9♠10♦ and Moore continued for 25,000. De Aquino called to see the 10♣ turn, where Moore moved all in. De Aquino snap-folded.
Robert Demille raised from under the gun to 2,000, Jeremy Wien called from the hijack, and Akash Patel three-bet all in for 14,600 from the button. Demille called, and Wien called.
Meanwhile, on the sidelines is Wien's support team: his wife, Sarah, who is wearing a shirt that says "I married into this," and a fluffy dog named Bruce.
On the flop 8♣9♠4♥, both Demille and Wien checked.
On the turn A♣, Demille checked and Wien bet 2,300. Demille folded.

The river 10♦ did not change the outcome for Patel, and Wien won the pot with a pair of aces.
Demille stated, "I folded kings."
Michael Carey opened to 2,200 in middle position to see Harry Lodge three-bet to 6,600 in late position. Rudy Cervantes four-bet to 15,000 in the cutoff, Carey folded, and Lodge raised to 36,500.

On the turn 10♥, Lodge moved all in for 57,600 effective, and Cervantes called.
Rudy Cervantes: 9♥9♦
Harry Lodge: A♥A♣
Lodge was unable to improve on the river 10♣, and Cervantes raked in the pot to survive with nines-full.
Diane Zimmerman raised to 2,000 in early position, and Vivian Saliba three-bet to 5,500 in middle position. Rania Nasreddine then moved all in for 13,700 in the cutoff, and Zimmerman folded, while Saliba called to put Nasreddine at risk.
Rania Nasreddine: A♦Q♥

At the same time at another table, Vitalijs Korhs was all in for 10,000 from the big blind and up against Kyle Messner under the gun.
Vitalijs Korhs: A♠K♠
Kyle Messner: Q♠Q♣
It was a classic flip, but that changed quickly once the Q♦Q♥9♦ flop gave Messner quads. "I didn't want it. I just wanted one," he said, and the rest of the board ran out 3♣4♦ to send Korhs to the rail.
Action was followed from when Bryan Hyden was all in and at risk for his last 14,500 on the button. Charles Tabet was in the small blind and had already committed 25,500 to the pot, Steven van Zadelhoff was in the hijack and had re-jammed and action was back on Tabet. Tabel tanked before opting to muck his hand, leaving the players to go heads up to showdown.
Bryan Hyden: 6♦6♥
Steven van Zadelhoff: A♠K♠
The Q♦9♦6♣ flop went Hyden's way as they improved further to a set. The 5♣ turn and 10♣ river saw no sweat and Hyden saw a full triple in chips. After the hand it was revealed that Tabet had folded ace-queen, but they were able to get away from being a casualty in the hand.
Action was picked up as Ruben Correia from middle position was all in for roughly 13,000 against Jeroen Romme who was in the small blind.
Ruben Correia: A♣J♣
Jeroen Romme: 6♠6♦
