Lee's Ace-Queen is Good

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Action was picked up on the flop in a three-bet pot between Terence Clee in the small blind, Gonzalo Velozo in late position, and Wai Kiat Lee in the cutoff.

The flop rolled out A♠4♦2♠ and action checked around to Lee who bet 8,000 to earn two calls.

"40,000," said Terence Clee on the 4♣ turn to see only Lee call.

Both players checked the river J♥ and Clee showed 10♥10♠ for tens and fours. It was no good against Lee who showed A♦Q♣ for aces and fours.

Neil Warren began the action with an open to 4,000 from under the gun. Paul Nofer made the call from the cutoff, and Dylan Kahn came along with a call from the big blind.

The 5♦J♥7♦ flop led to a check from Kahn before Warren continued for 4,000. Nofer re-raised to 10,000, which resulted in a fold from Kahn but a call from Warren.

The 3♣ turn was checked by Warren before Nofer opted to shove for approximately 37,000. Warren yielded the pot with a fold to award the chips to Nofer.

Fours Enough for Houle

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Jean Houle opened to 4,000 from the hijack and was called by Eric Froehlich in the small blind for a heads-up pot.

Froehlich checked to Houle on the 4♥J♦J♥ flop and he sized down for a bet of 2,000. Froehlich responded with a check-raise to 10,000 and Houle called.

There was some uproar on table 146 and Jesse Green banged on the table in excitement when he came out on top of an all-in showdown with Ravi Udayakumar. All the cards were still exposed with the board reading Q♦8♣7♦5♣9♠ and the K♠K♦ of Green had dodged clubs and an ace versus A♣K♣.

After a brief count, the elimination of Udayakumar was confirmed and he headed out of the tournament area.

Shiva Dudani

Christopher Richardson opened to 5,000 from middle position and Simon Lindell called from the hijack. Shiva Dudani moved all in for their remaining stack of approximately 30,000 from the big blind and Richardson re-jammed. Lindell made a quick fold and the players headed to showdown.

Shiva Dudani: A♣J♣All in
Christopher Richardson: A♠A♦

The 9♦5♦8♥ flop saw little change for Dudani and with no clubs he was looking for running jacks or a straight draw. The 2♣ turn saw him drawing dead, and he stood from the table knowing his fate was already set.

As the 9♠ river was placed he was already walking away from the table and Richardson scooped up the pot.
