Chip Counts
Jeffrey Hong opened to 10,000 from the hijack. Corbin Avery in the cutoff three-bet all in for 61,000 and Hong threw in a chip to call.
Corbin Avery: A♠10♣
Jeffrey Hong: A♥8♦
Avery kept the lead all the way through a board of 5♠Q♥Q♣K♣J♦ and he doubled up.
On a completed board of A♦K♥3♦3♠J♦ with around 40,000 in the middle, Stephen Song in middle position checked to Kevin Killeen on the button who cut out a bet of 36,000.
Song responded with a check-raise to 135,000, more than half of Killeen's remaining stack. Over two minutes would roll off the clock before Killeen tossed in a chip to call.
However, he would get the bad news as Song tabled K♦10♦ for the nut flush to win the pot. Killeen dropped under six figures while Song continued to ascend up the counts.
Christopher Anderson raised to 11,000 on the button for Victor De Los Santos to call in the small blind and Aaron Speer called in the big blind.
On the Q♦4♣2♣ flop, only Speer check-called Anderson's bet of 12,000 before they checked the K♠ turn. Speer also checked the 3♠ river and eventually paid off Anderson's final bet of 26,000. Anderson tabled the A♠K♦ and that won the pot.
Anthony Desai raised to 10,000 from middle position only for Erik Koch to three-bet to 30,000 from the cutoff. Action came back to Desai who four-bet all in for 148,000. Koch snap-called and had Desai covered.
Anthony Desai: A♠Q♥
Erik Koch: Q♦Q♣
Just the door card Desai was looking for came on the A♣2♠3♦ flop and he sailed into the lead with Koch drawing very thin.
There were no miracles for Koch on the 10♦ turn nor the 3♣ river and Desai was pushed the pot for a double-up.
Rudy Licul moved all in for 25,000 from the cutoff. Daniel Savas called the bet from the button, and Thomas Floan did the same from the big blind.
Action checked all the way to the river, as the board read 4♥10♠8♦7♣4♦. Licul, with a shake of his head, tabled A♠K♣ expecting for it to be the end of his journey. However, Floan shook his head too, and mucked, with Savas remaining still.
Licul started celebrating, before someone at the table remembered a previous slow roll from Savas. Eventually, he let go of his hand, and the table reminded the dealer it had to be shown, unlike Floan's muck.
After the floor, who was by the table, intervened, A♦9♦ was flipped and Licul continued to celebrate.
"You need to show all hands, so just grab any two from the muck," joked Josh Arieh, also at the table.
