Larkman was in great shape as the flop landed 3♣7♦J♥, but the A♦ turn took the life out of him as the 4♥ river bricked out. The stacks were then counted and both players were revealed to have exactly 4,200,000 in chips, leading Larkman to bow out in 48th place.

Lucas Jumalon opened to 500,000 from early position and Rami Hammoud defended the big blind. On the 7♣5♣5♦ flop, Hammoud check-raised to 1,225,000 over a bet of 325,000 and took down the pot.

On the next deal, Maxime Chilaud raised to 500,000 from the button and Greg Mueller came along from the big blind. Mueller check-folded to a bet of 450,000 on the A♥K♣5♣ flop.

The following hand saw Hammoud make it 500,000 from the button. Jumalon called from the big blind to continue their brewing rivalry. Hammoud took this one, with his bet of 625,000 folding out his opponent on the A♦Q♥9♥ flop.

Finally, Mueller raised to 500,000 from the button and Jumalon called from the small blind. Jumalon called for 300,000 on the K♦J♣3♠ flop before the Q♦ turn checked through to the 2♥ river. Jumalon led out for 2,100,000 and Mueller quickly folded.

The dealer fanned a flop of 8♥5♥4♠ and Kornegay fired 1,025,000. Leonard, who checked, decided to fold and saw Kornegay flip over K♣K♦.

Jason Kornegay opened to 725,000 from middle position. Junjie Tang on the button called but Berkeley Yuan in the small blind used a time bank extension before moving all-in for 3,650,000.

Kornegay quickly folded, and it took a few more seconds to see Tang fold as well.

Wang led out for 1,900,000 on the 5♣ river and Shaevel called. Wang surrendered his hand in defeat and Shaevel picked up the pot without showing.
