The flop came 6♠3♣2♥. After a few seconds of thought, Daniels shoved all-in for 4,300,000 and Vargas snap-called.

Daniels said his goodbyes the moment he saw Vargas' set on the flop. He left the table even before the deal finished with a runout of 10♠Q♥.
In a heads-up pot on a flop of A♣K♥3♠, Malcolm Franchi checked and Michael Plesa bet 400,000. Franchi called.
Franchi then check-called a bet of 1,000,000 on the 8♠ turn and check-called a bet of 3,000,000 on the A♦ river. Plesa could only show 4♣4♠ for a pair of fours as Franchi tabled A♠Q♦ to win the pot with trips.
A few hands later, Shawn Daniels opened to 800,000 and Kartik Ved three-bet to 1,800,000 in the cutoff. Plesa then four-bet jammed a stack of around 5,000,000 in the big blind to bring folds from both opponents.
Malcolm Franchi opened to 3,500,000 from the small blind and received an all-in shove from big blind Antonio Vargas for around 16,300,000. Franchi, covered, called, putting himself at risk.

The board ran 4♥6♣7♦2♥J♣. Upon the river being dealt, Franchi's rail started cheering. Franchi with the superior ace-high secured himself a double-up through Vargas.
Michael Plesa opened to 800,000 in middle position and Kartik Ved three-bet jammed a stack of about 7,400,000 from the small blind. Malcolm Franchi then re-shoved in the big blind to bring a quick fold from Plesa.

The dealer fanned out J♥10♣4♥ and both players checked. Action resumed on the 8♣ turn, when Melnyk fired 650,000.
Vargas called leading them to the 4♠ river which they both checked again.
Melnyk showed 6♦6♣ while Vargas tabled Q♠10♠ to win the pot.
Liubomyr Melnyk opened to 600,000 from under the gun and Shawn Daniels called in the next seat as Antonio Vargas defended his big blind.
Vargas and Melnyk both checked on the flop of 3♥K♥K♦ and Daniels bet 500,000. Only Melnyk called. Melnyk checked again on the 3♠ turn and Daniels sized up to 2,200,000. Melnyk again called.
Both players then checked on the 6♥ river and Melnyk showed Q♦Q♠ to win the pot with a pair of queens.
Kai Cohen opened for 600,000 in middle position and was called by Antonio Vargas on the button. Small blind Michael Plesa shoved all in for 4,925,000, and Scott Horvath followed with an all-in shove for 3,000,000. Cohen and Vargas got out of the way leaving the two players to head to showdown.

Knowing he led when the hands were tabled, Horvath felt quite happy and cheered as the flop dropped 5♠2♦10♥. He felt quite disheartened when the A♦. The dealer completed the board with a K♦, sealing his elimination.
