The remaining 31 players will return today for Day 2 of Event #36: $100,000 High Roller No‑Limit Hold’em after navigating a stacked opening flight that drew 67 entries. Currently, the prize pool stands at $6,432,000 , but with late registration open until the end of Level 12 (approximately 3:15 p.m.), the field is expected to grow before the prize pool is finalized.

Day 1 ended with Ren Lin leading the field after bagging 3,175,000. Lin arrived after the dinner break, yet wasted no time climbing the counts. On his way to the top, be eliminated Matthias Eibinger, then later cracked Jesse Lonis's kings to surge into the top spot. Close behind is Galen Hall, who finished with 2,525,000 and Mikita Badziakouski (2,255,000) rounds out the top three.

A well‑decorated field returns for Day 2, with 19 WSOP bracelet winners still in the hunt out of the 31 players who bagged chips, bringing a combined 46 bracelets back to the felt. In addition, 17 of the returning players were drafted in the 25K Fantasy League. Team Lang Gang / Mike + Josh will be watching closely as Ren Lin returns with strong momentum from his Day 1 performance, already contributing 71 points to their total. Meanwhile, Biao Ding has already delivered a massive 142 points for Team Spitework / Wantman, who sit just 19 points behind in second place. With both teams heavily invested in today’s action, and the payouts worth plenty of points, this event is sure to play a pivotal role in shaping the Fantasy League leaderboard.

Newly crowned $50,000 High Roller champion Santhosh Suvarna (260,000) also returns, though he will begin Day 2 as the short stack, sitting with just over ten big blinds.

Play will resume at 1 p.m. local time with 10,000/25,000 blinds and a 25,000 big blind ante. The plan is to play through ten levels before bagging for Day 3. Breaks will continue every two levels throughout the day. A dinner break is scheduled after Level 16 (approximately 7:30 p.m.).
