Lichtenberger and Hunichen with the Same Straight

Level 11 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Heads-up on a flop of 586, Andrew Lichtenberger and Chris Hunichen in the blinds moved all in, with Lichtenberger holding the shortest stack.

Andrew Lichtenberger: 107 All in
Chris Hunichen: 76

Hunichen was in the lead with a pair, but the 4 turn completed a straight for both players, so they split the pot after the A river.

Rezaei Goes Small in Big Pot; Ding Back In

Level 11 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

The pot amounted to 520,000 when big blind Daniel Rezaei and Mikita Badziakouski under the gun reached the KK727 river. Rezaei then tossed in a tiny bet of 60,000, which Badziakouski called after one time bank.

Rezaei tabled A7 for a rivered full house. Badziakouski nodded his head, then mucked his cards as he could not beat it.

Shortly after, Biao Ding reentered and sat down with a fresh stack of 600,000.

Foxen Takes Down Ding

Level 11 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Biao Ding
Biao Ding

Action folded to Alex Foxen in the small blind, who raised to 85,000. Biao Ding three-bet for 200,000 from the big blind, and Foxen quickly made it 430,000. Ding took no time before moving all in for just under 1,000,000 in chips, and Foxen snap-called, having Ding covered.

Biao Ding: AQAll in
Alex Foxen: QQ

Ding was behind and hunting down an ace or hearts. The 1045 flop saw Ding pick up a backdoor flush draw, but he missed on the 2 turn, and the 7 river did nothing for him either.

Ding hit the rail in the first level of Day 2, and Foxen stacked up to become one of the leaders early in the day.

Level 11 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Thomas Boivin

Chris Hunichen raised to 50,000 in middle position. Brandon Wilson called in the hijack, Ramiro Salinas did so on the button, and Thomas Boivin and Vinny Lingham came along in the blinds.

Boivin then led out for 60,000 on the 6Q7 flop. Lingham called before the other three players folded. Boivin sized up to 100,000 on the 8 turn and quickly called when Lingham put him all in for 450,000.

Thomas Boivin: Q9 All in
Vinny Lingham: 76

Lingham's two pair remained best on the J river, and the duo shared a fist bump before Boivin booked his final exit of the tournament.

Suvarna At Risk, But Splits

Level 11 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Santhosh Suvarna jammed for 200,000 from the hijack and was called by both Thomas Boivin on the button and Vinny Lingham in the small blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of 333, which was checked by Lingham. Boivin bet 160,000, but Lingham check-raised all in to make Boivin fold.

Vinny Lingham: AK

The 28 runout completed the board, and they split the pot with the same hand. Meanwhile, Samuel Mullur wasn't as lucky and was eliminated.

Stephen Chidwick opened to 50,000 from under the gun, and Sean Winter called from the small blind. Manuel Fritz also defended his big blind, and the players went three-way to the 788 flop.

Action was slowly checked around to the 9 turn, and Chidwick bet 90,000. Winter raised to 275,000, and Fritz quickly mucked. Chidwick paused and took around a minute to make the call.

The 4 river saw Winter use a time bank card before moving 1,050,000 into the pot, covering Chidwick's remaining stack. Chidwick stared at the table for just under two minutes before folding his hand.

Kabrhel Wins... In Silence?

Level 11 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Martin Kabrhel

Samuel Mullur open-raised to 50,000 in the cutoff. Martin Kabrhel put in a three-bet to 130,000 on the button, which Mullur called.

Mullur checked the 4104 over to Kabrhel before calling his continuation-bet of 75,000. Kabrhel sized up to 200,000 on the 2 turn. Mullur check-folded, and Kabrhel raked in the pot without having said a word throughout the encounter.

However, as he was stacking his chips, he returned to his old self, telling Daniel Negreanu, a few tables over, who was congratulating Santhosh Suvarna on his recent $50kvictory, to "stop screaming" as he was "playing a really big pot."

Phil Hellmuth Rants After WSOP Elimination: "I'm Getting Sick of This S**t"

Phil Hellmuth

Phil Hellmuth tries to keep it positive on social media. But a bad beat elimination from a 2026 World Series of Poker (WSOP) event on Wednesday caused the "Poker Brat" to rant.

The 17-time bracelet winner posted a three-minute video shortly after busting on Day 2 from Event #33: $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better Championship. In that clip, he expressed frustration two weeks into a long WSOP.

"Folks, for the last few years, I don't really share many negative posts on social media. I understand, I'm always like 'hey, Phil, you have a lot of money. You have fame, you have fortune. You have health, you have everything," Hellmuth said at the start of the video, before going into a rant.
