Lucas Zwingmann-Gocht and Noah Kelley went to the turn on a board of 6♥5♣K♦9♣ when Kelley bet 15,000 from the hijack. Zwingmann-Gocht then moved all in for 48,000 in the big blind, and Kelley called.
Zwingmann-Gocht showed 10♥8♠7♥6♠5♦ for a straight, while Kelley had A♥K♠3♣2♦2♣. The river was the 10♠ and Zwingmann-Gocht secured the pot to double up.
Andrew Becker raised to 5,500 in the hijack, followed by Terrance Reid three-betting to 20,000 on the button. Cary Katz then went all in for 32,000 in the small blind, and both opponents called.
Becker's remaining 41,000 flew in on the 5♥2♥3♦ flop, and all 15 cards were tabled.
Cary Katz: K♦J♠4♦3♣2♠
Andrew Becker: A♥K♠6♥4♥2♣
Terrance Reid: A♦A♣K♥7♠5♦
Katz made a full house on the 3♥10♣ runout to get half of the main pot, while Becker's wheel remained best both ways to scoop the side pot. Katz almost got back to a starting stack, a similar amount to what Reid ended up with after paying Becker off.
Phillip Hui bet 30,000 from the hijack on a flop of 6♣3♦5♣ and Joao Vieira called under the gun.
The turn was the 10♠ and Hui moved all in for 80,000. Vieira quickly called and turned over A♦Q♣10♣8♥2♠ for top pair, a flush draw, and a low, while Hui had A♠8♦5♠4♥2♥.
The river 7♥ gave Hui a straight to take the high, and he earned three-quarters with the same low.
Big blind Daniel Aharoni fired a pot-sized bet of 78,000 on the 7♣4♣3♦ flop. Raphael Nogueira spent a few minutes in the tank before he shoved his stack of 275,000 into the middle, which Aharoni quickly called.
Raphael Nogueira: A♦A♣Q♣7♦5♠
Daniel Aharoni: A♠Q♥J♥5♥2♠
The J♠ turn gave Aharoni a pair for more outs to the high, and the 5♦ river completed his wheel draw, scooping the pot and sending Noguiera to the rail.
Gus Hansen and Ryan Miller both committed around 80,000 in the pot as they went heads-up to the 2♦J♥9♥ flop. Miller then moved all in for his last 63,000 from middle position, and Hansen called in the small blind.
Ryan Miller: A♠A♣4♣3♥2♥
Gus Hansen: A♦K♣Q♣6♦2♠
Miller was ahead with his aces, and the board ran out 7♠8♣ to keep him in the lead with his pair and low as he scooped the pot to double up.
"I was about to go to the bathroom, too. Good thing I waited," Miller said.
Cameron Kazemi bet 21,500 from the cutoff on a flop of 5♠3♠Q♦ and Philip Long called on the button, as did Lawrence Brandt in the big blind.
The turn was the A♠ and Kazemi bet his last 10,000. Both Long and Brandt called, and they checked down the 6♥ river.
Brandt showed A♦10♦9♠6♠2♥ for a flush and low, and both Kazemi and Long mucked as Brandt scooped the pot to send Kazemi to the rail.
Reigning champion Veerachai Vongxaiburana committed his last 48,500 on a J♥10♥9♦ flop from the hijack, and was quickly called by Raphael Nogueira in middle position.
Veerachai Vongxaiburana: A♠A♥Q♥8♥2♠
Raphael Nogueira: K♠K♦Q♣10♦10♣
Nogueira had flopped the nut straight and knocked out Vongxaiburana as the turn and river brought no further help.
