Cedolia Rivers It

Level 29 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Action folded to Kamel Mokhammad in the small blind who limped in. Gianluca Cedolia checked his option in the big, and the two went off to a flop of K3J.

Mokhammad bet out for 120,000, and Cedolia put in the call. The Ukrainian didn't slow down on the 7 turn, as he bet out for 600,000. Cedolia took quite some time before putting in the call, and the river A quickly checked through.

Mokhammad tabled KQ942 for a pair of kings, but he had been rivered as Cedolia had made a pair of aces with A10942 and scooped the pot.

Full House for Mokhammad

Level 29 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Kamel Mokhammad raised to 350,000 from the hijack, which led to a call from Zachary Gruneberg on the button and Ravi Shankar from the small blind.

It checked to Gruneberg on the 810J flop, and he bet 550,000. Shankar shook his head and folded, but Mokhammad was still interested as he made the call.

It checked through the J turn to bring the 5 river. Mokhammad put out a bet of 900,000.

Gruneberg made the call and found out the bad news when Mokhammad showed K10885 for eights full of jacks to drag in the chips.

Kamel Mokhammad opened the action with a raise to 300,000 from middle position. It folded round to big blind Bouwe Claushuis, who stuck in the call. Claushuis then potted the 3710 flop, Mokhammad moved all in and Claushuis called.

Bouwe Claushuis: Q9853 All in
Kamel Mokhammad: AQ873

Both players had flush draws, but Mokhammad's was to the nuts, and he wasted no time in hitting it as the K turn sealed Claushuis' fate. The 8 river changed nothing, as Claushuis became the first to bust on the final day.

Ravi Shankar open-potted to 350,000 on the button, with Bouwe Claushuis defending his big blind. He then moved all in on the 258 flop, and Shankar flicked in a chip.

Bouwe Claushuis: AK1053 All in
Ravi Shankar: AK943

Claushuis was ahead with a pair of fives, but still had some fading to do. The 5 turn meant he was anti-sweating a club, but he hit a full house on the A river to ensure that he would secure a full double.
