Owen Thinks He's Gone

Level 10

Pot-Limit Omaha

Brad Owen raised to 16,000 from the hijack, with action folding to Robert Wells in the big blind. He made it 66,000 and snap-called when Owen shoved for a little bit more.

Brad Owen: AA106All in
Robert Wells: AKQQ

Owen's aces remained best following the 1063 flop and 7 turn. A mumbled expletive then left Owen's mouth, as he thought the K river eliminated him.

It was pointed out by the table that Owen had the best hand, and he breathed a sigh of relief, much to the amusement of the other players.

Owen then took another pot preflop shortly after to chip up over 200,000.
