Friedman got out of the way quickly and cards were revealed.

Not the greatest of flops for Gimenez came of 2♥Q♦K♣ and he needed runner runner to stay alive. No joy when the 4♣ turn left him drawing dead with the 9♣ river putting the final nail in the coffin to send Gimenez to the rail.
Xu Yuan limped in from under the gun, and Esther Riordan raised to 40,000 as next to act. Action folded back around to Yuan, who made the call.
Yuan checked the Q♣7♥6♠ flop, and Riordan continued for 40,000. Yuan then moved all in, and Riordan called off the rest of her stack.

Jeanluc Voyer opened to 14,000 from the hijack and was three-bet to 43,000 by Pablo Garcia in the cutoff. Action folded back to Voyer, who called after a bit of thought.
Garcia checked on the 2♣Q♣8♥ flop and Garcia continued for 28,000. Voyer went deep into the tank, counting out a call and shuffling his chips, before eventually laying down his hand.

Dan Borlan checked the 2♠6♠2♥ flop from the big blind, and Rick Mechammil slid out a bet of 10,000 on the button.
Borlan then check-raised to 26,000, sending his opponent into the tank. Mechammil opted to let his hand go, sending his cards into the muck.
"Big blind special?" asked another player at the table, as Borlan raked in the pot.
