Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Gus Hansen
Gus Hansen

Gus Hansen recently sat down with a fresh stack and wasted little time getting involved in the action.

In a recent pot, Hansen was heads-up from the small blind against Bryan Chen, who was on the button, on a board of 7103A with several thousand already in the middle.

Chen called a bet of 7,600 from Hansen and then Hansen sized up for a 16,600 bet after the 4 completed the board. Chen laid his hand down and Hansen was sent the pot.

Hirsh Chipping Up

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Jordan Glazer raised to 1,100 in the hijack and was called by Erick Lindgren in the cutoff, Daniel Hirsh in the small blind, and Rafi Amit in the big blind.

The flop of QQ9 checked through to the 8 turn, where it checked to Amit, who bet 1,000. Glazer and Lindgren folded, and Hirsh raised to 3,000. Amit called and the 10 fell on the river.

Hirsh bet 6,500 and Amit leaned back in his chair before tossing his cards into the muck.

Hirsh showed QQ for quads as he dragged in the pot.

Levine Caught Bluffing

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Peter Yang raised to 1,100 from the hijack, which both Matthew Levine and Benjamin Eilers called in the small and big blind.

The action checked through on the A710 flop, prompting Levine to lead out on the 2 turn, betting 3,500. Eilers folded, but Yang called.

The A completed the board, and Levine barrelled for 10,000. Yang gave it some thought before choosing to call.

"You're good", Levine let Yang know.

Yang tabled AJ97 for aces-full and pulled in the pot.

Lee Lays on the Aggression

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Richard Lee already had a raise of 1,700 in front of him from the hijack and was three-bet to 6,200 by Jeremy Ausmus on the button. Lee responded with a four-bet to 19,700 and Ausmus called.

The flop came J22 and Lee continued for 15,000, which was enough to get Ausmus to lay his hand down and earn the pot.
