Enzel Cracks Cappiello's Queens with his Favorite Hand

Level 26 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Action was picked up with Ohad Enzel waiting for Candido Cappiello to act after he shoved all-in for around 2,000,000. With aroudn 1,000,000 behind, Cappiello took his time to consider his options until clocked was called on him.

Even before the clock started, Cappiello made a one-chip call.

Candido Cappiello: QQ All in
Ohad Enzel: J10

Cappiello was quite satisfied with what he saw while other players on the table were visibly surprised with what Enzel held. The flop came 3210. Enzel caught top pair but still couldn't beat Cappiello's pockets.

The turn A was peeled and a groan of sympathy was heard when the J river fell giving Enzel a two-pair to beat Cappiello.

Cappiello, visibly frustrated, got on his feet, kicked the chair and threw his backpack on the floor after picking it up. When he was completely gone, one of the players asked Enzel, "Is that your favorite hand?" Enzel answered in the affirmative.

Lu Triples Up, Riberdy Out

Level 26 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Action was picked up in a three-way all-in between Yunye Lu, Paris Sitzoukis and Jeff Riberdy.

Prior to the actual showdown a flurry of action happened according to the players on the table. Under the gun Ilan Boujenah started it off with an opening of 120,000. Sitzoukis, to his left three-bet to 250,000. Riberdy four-bet jammed for around 800,000. Lu in cutoff followed suit pushing all his chips for around 700,000.

Jacqueline Rosen in the small blind and Elliott Kampen in the big, our commentators, got out of the way and so did Boujenah. Sitzoukis called taking them to showdown.

Yunye Lu: QQAll in
Jeff Riberdy: KK All in
Paris Sitzoukis: AA

The board ran J567Q. And just like that Lu tripled up, Sitzoukis won the side pot and Riberdy was sent to the showers.

Barcimanto Gets Four-Way Boost

Level 26 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Marius Iftimia raised to 180,000 from the hijack. Noris Barcimanto moved all in from the cutoff with 370,000 chips.

David Fhima and Mohamed Hammi made the call from the button and big blind, respectively.

Iftimia waited patiently for a pay jump before putting his remaining 15,000 chips into the pot all in, leaving Fhima and Hammi to any side pot action.

The flop hit 1076. Fhima and Hammi checked.

The turn brought the 2 and a bet of 300,000 from Fhima. Hammi folded.

Marius Iftimia: A7All in
Noris Barcimanto: A10All in
David Fhima: 88

Iftimia flopped middle pair, but it wasn't good enough. Barcimanto had flopped top pair, and the tens held on the 3 river, giving her more than a triple-up.

Schwartz Ducks Rajamani

Level 25 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Brandon Schwartz raised to 120,000 on the button. Sundarapandi Rajamani, to his immediate left, raised all in with his last 150,000 or so chips.

Schwartz made the call.

Sundarapandi Rajamani: A9All in
Brandon Schwartz: 22

Schwartz's advantage with a pocket pair grew with the flopped full house KK2.

But the turn of the A gave Rajamani draws at a bigger boat. None came as the 10 fell on the river and his tournament was over.
