Daly then bet and Weiss called. The turn was the J and Weiss led out with a bet. Daly called, and both players checked down the Q river.

Weiss showed KQJ10 for a straight, and Daly mucked.

Beinner Fills Up to Send Out Kerkaert and Leave Jattin on Fumes

William Kerkaert was already all in from the button as Farid Jattin and Matthew Beinner went to a flop of QJ5. Jattin then bet from the cutoff, and Beinner called in the big blind.

Jattin bet again on the 9 turn and Beinner called to the 9 river. Jattin then bet, Beinner raised, and Jattin called.

Beinner showed AJ94 for a full house and Jattin mucked, while Kerkaert also tossed AKK6 into the muck and headed for the exit.

Hollink Flops the Joint Against Buchalter

Yehuda Buchalter raised in the hijack, Rob Hollink three-bet on the button, and Buchalter called.

Buchalter led out with a bet on the QK10 flop and Hollink called. Buchalter then checked the A turn, Hollink bet, and Buchalter called.

The river was the 3 and Hollink bet again. Buchalter considered the decision for nearly a minute before calling, and Hollink turned over AJ32 for a flopped straight to win the pot.

Vitch Takes From Rast; Sandvik Seeks Exit

Brian Rast open-raised in the cutoff and saw Christopher Vitch put in a third bet from the small blind. Rast called to the 6K8 flop, where he called a continuation-bet by Vitch.

Another bet and call were flung into the pot on the 4 turn, after which the 2 river was checked by both players.

"I have it," Vitch stated as he turned over A755 for a straight and a six-low. Rast stared at his opponent's hand for a few moments before mucking his cards to concede the pot.

Over at another table, Espen Sandvik lost his last chips and was eliminated from the tournament.

Arieh Scoops to Leave Wesson on Fumes

Heads-up on a flop of 8A5, Josh Arieh bet from the small blind before David Wesson raised in the big blind. Arieh then reraised, Wesson made it four bets, and Arieh called.

Arieh then led out with bets on the 7 turn and K river. Wesson called him down, and Arieh turned over A654 for a straight and low. Wesson mucked A1084 and was left with just 2,000, plus his lucky silver dollar.

"You don't get that one," Wesson joked with Arieh.

Zhigalov Hits a Straight to Bust Slezak

Bob Slezak got in his last 10,000 from the big blind and was up against Andrey Zhigalov in the small blind.

The board ran out 82469 to give Slezak two pair, but Zhigalov pointed to his seven and five. "That would be a straight, wouldn't it?" Slezak said as he was sent to the rail.

Deeb Wins Four-Way Contest

Freddy Deeb raised in the hijack, and got cutoff Frankie O'Dell, and James Chen and Jeffrey Stepaniuk in the blinds along to the 1094 flop. Chen led out with a bet, folding out Stepaniuk.

Deeb raised, however, and Chen called after O'Dell got out of the way. The 7 turn and A river then checked to showdown, where Deeb's AAK9 scooped the pot.

Schreiber Runs Into Sternheimer's Quads

Matthew Schreiber raised under the gun and Philip Sternheimer called in the big blind.

The flop came A4J and Schreiber bet. Sternheimer called, and the J fell on the turn.

Schreiber then bet again, but this time Sternheimer came back with a raise. Schreiber called that bet, and another on the J river.

Sternheimer turned over KJ108 for quads and Schreiber mucked, leaving himself with less than one big bet.
