Herold Wins Against Hegele

Level 8 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

The player in the cutoff raised to 2,300 and was called by Robin Hegele and Roman Herold in the blinds.

The flop came {5-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{8-Clubs}, Hegele checked, Herold bet 3,500 and the player in the cutoff folded. Hegele called.

The turn brought them the {8-Diamonds} Hegele check-called the 7,000 bet of Herold.

The river completed the board with the {3-Hearts} on which they both checked. Herold showed {3-Spades}{2-Clubs} for two pair, threes and deuces and that was enough for Hegele to muck his cards.

Adams Eliminated By Williams

Level 8 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Timothy Adams and Christopher Williams were both all in from the button and big blind. Maria Lampropulos had 3,000 in front of her as a bet from mid-position but when she folded she got some change back. Adams only had 1,400 in front of him so he was in danger of being eliminated as Williams had gone all in for about 12,000.

Christopher Williams: {A-Clubs}{10-Clubs}
Timothy Adams: {9-Hearts}{6-Hearts}

The board ran out {10-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{A-Hearts} - no help for Adams as Williams hit two pair and Adams was sent to the rail.
