Lehmanski Doubles Through Noach

Level 9 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Maxi Lehmanski defended his big blind and the pot wasn't that big until the {K-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{K-Hearts} river. Here's when things escalated, as Lehmanski check-raised a bet of 18,000 by Tal Noach in early position to 49,000. Noach gave it a long consideration and then moved all in and was snap-called by Lehmanski.

Noach had flopped best with {Q-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}, but the {K-Clubs}{Q-Spades} of Lehmanski got there with the superior full house on the river to score the double up for the German.

Bicknell Leading Tough Table

Level 9 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Netanel Amedi opened to 3,500 from early position and Fahredin Mustafov stuck in a three-bet to 10,000 on the button. The blinds quickly folded and Amedi called to see a flop of {q-Spades}{7-Hearts}{4-Hearts}. Amedi checked and then folded when Mustafov continued for another 11,500.

Kristen Bicknell and Tobias Ziegler are currently on top of what could be considered the toughest table in the tournament at the moment and there is no sign of them being broken up anytime soon.

The first level has been completed and the players are taking their first 15-minute break of the day.

Peter Runs Into Aces

Level 8 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Oleg Netaliev
Oleg Netaliev

With a completed board of {10-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{4-Hearts} spread across the table, Jaroslav Peter was faced with a decision for the rest of his chips. Peter checked to Oleg Netaliev who shoved all in and had Peter's remaining 85,000 chips covered.

Peter went into the tank for a couple of minutes but eventually called it off. Netaliev turned over {a-Spades}{a-Clubs} while Peter held {j-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}. Netaliev scooped a monster pot to climb over 300,000 while Peter was sent to the rail.

Rajkovic Takes a Hit

Level 8 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

On the river of a completed board {A-Hearts}{J-Spades}{9-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}, Adi Rajkovic bet 6,400 in the small blind and his table neighbor Yotam Lecker raised it up to 17,500. Rajkovic gave it some thought and tossed in the additional chips, but mucked as soon as Lecker showed {K-Clubs}{8-Hearts} for two pair.

Josip Simunic is also on the rise, he hit the nut flush with {A-Hearts}{4-Hearts} on a board of {Q-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{J-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and increased his stack nicely since the start of Day 2.

Level 8 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Some players have busted, some have reentered, and some are brand new to the tournament:

Muehloecker Can't Shake Zinno

Level 8 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Anthony Zinno
Anthony Zinno

With the board completed at {3-Spades}{7-Clubs}{2-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{6-Spades}, Anthony Zinno bet 18,000 into a pot of around 32,000. Thomas Muehloecker took about two minutes before putting in a raise to 57,000, leaving himself with 27,700 behind.

Zinno removed his sunglasses to take a good look at the situation, then proceeded to call.

"You're good," said Muehloecker, who kept his cards face-down. Zinno showed {J-Spades}{10-Spades} for a flush and raked in the pot.
