After arriving at the table, three players had all of their chips in the middle with the cards already on their backs. Wojciech Wyrebski was the shortest stack with 290,000, followed by Efstathios Komitas with 330,000. Rainer Rockenstein had them both covered and held the best hand.

All three players had premium hands and the flop of left Rockenstein in the lead with his pair of aces. However, the on the turn gave Komitas a set and a big lead. The completed the board and Komitas nearly tripled his stack while eliminating Wyrebski in the process.
Pierre Neuville raised it up to 35,000 from early position and David Kurbel asked how much the Belgian was playing, then pushed all in from the small blind. Neuville asked for a count and made the call once it was deemed to be for 495,000 in total.

Kurbel flopped best on and the turn brought no further upset yet, however, the on the river gave Neuville the superior pair.
In a three-bet pot with a little over 200,000 in the middle, Viktor Blom and Tomas Fara were heads-up. The dealer fanned the flop of and both players checked to the on the turn.
Blom counted out a bet of 145,000 and Fara called to see the on the river. Blom checked this time and Fara jammed all in for 345,000. Blom quickly folded as he shook his head and Fara pulled the chips back in.
Oren Ram was in the small blind and three-bet shoved after a raise from early position and a call from Prosper Mamane. The initial raised got out of the way but Mamane called.

The board ran out giving a flush to both players but Ram had the higher one and managed to double up.
Marcus Bonna was all in for 130,000 in the hijack and Yaron Borenstein also pushed all in for 100,000 on the button. The blinds folded and Borenstein was in good shape to double up.

The board ran out and Borenstein held on for a small double up.
At the table next door, Cristian David limped in from middle position and Christian Kindl shoved all in for around 85,000. David called but found out he was dominated.
Kindl turned over while David held . However, the flop of put David out front with a pair of kings and he held on through the turn and river to eliminate Kindl.
