Kurbel Kicked to the Curb

Level 12 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

The flop read {8-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} and David Kurbel was all-in and at risk as he was covered by Hongbin Guo.

David Kurbel: {q-Clubs}{j-Clubs}
Hongbin Guo: {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}

Kurbel had flopped a flush draw while Guo was sitting on top pair.

The rest of the board was completed with the {2-Diamonds} on the turn and the {j-Hearts} on the river to not help Kurbel as he was eliminated just before the break.

Mateos Doubles Through Papuc

Level 12 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Adrian Mateos moved all in for 58,200 from middle position and Petru Papuc made the call from the button.

Adrian Mateos: {3-Clubs}{3-Hearts}
Petru Papuc: {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}

Papuc was ahead but the flop came {10-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} giving Mateos a set of threes. The {5-Diamonds} turn and {j-Spades} river completed the board and Mateos doubled up.

Hollederer More Than Doubles

Level 12 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Dan Komem raised to 10,500 from the middle position and was called by Jean-Rene Fontaine in the hijack. Erhard Hollederer shoved in the small blind for 62,000 in total and the big blind folded so action was back on Komem. Komem took some time and then shoved too. Fontaine considered it for a few seconds and then open-folded {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}.

The flop came {k-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} for Komen to hit top pair.

The turn was the {10-Clubs} which now gave Hollederer the Broadway. Only a queen could stop him from doubling up as they would split the pot then but the {3-Diamonds} fell on the river to give Hollederer the whole pot.

Level 12 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Oleh Okhotskyi opened to 11,000 from the button and Daniel Jordi called from the small blind along with Nachal Loewenthal in the big blind.

The board ran out {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{7-Clubs} and was checked all the way through by the three players. Jordi tabled {4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} for jacks and fours and both of his opponents tossed their hands in the muck.
