Campanile Above Two Starting Stacks

Level 2 : 200/400, 400 ante

Enrico Campanile raised to 1,000 from the middle position and action folded to Frederic Delval in the small blind who three-bet to 2,300. Aleksandr Velichko called in the big blind and so did Campanile.

The flop came {a-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{q-Spades}, Delval and Velichko quickly checked. Campanile bet 2,700 and Velichko was the only one to come along to the {5-Diamonds} on the turn. He then quickly checked and folded when Campanile continued with a bet of 7,500.

Mikalauskas Gets One from Weide

Level 2 : 200/400, 400 ante

[Removed:101] min-raised and Hans Weide raised it to 3,800 in the cutoff and it came back to Mikalauskas who called.

The flop came {9-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} and both players checked to see a {a-Clubs} on the turn, also checked.

Mikalauskas bet 5,000 when the river brought the {2-Hearts} and Weide called but only to muck when he saw {a-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} in Mikalauskas's hand for a pair of aces.

Sahin Takes it on the River

Action folded to Roman Sahin who limped from the small blind. Pierre Neuville raised to 1,900 from the big blind and Sahin stuck around with a call.

A flop of {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{5-Spades} was dealt and Sahin check-called a bet of 2,000 from Neuville.

The turn fell the {8-Diamonds} and was checked through to the {10-Spades} river. This time, Sahin led out with a bet of 2,000 and Neuville folded.

Ruijs Takes from Winkler

Level 2 : 200/400, 400 ante

Martin Winkler raised on the button to 1,500 and called a three-bet from Joris Ruijs for 6,200 situated in the small blind.

The flop brought {8-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{9-Spades} and Ruijs check-called Winkler's bet for 5,000. The {a-Clubs} turn was checked.

On the {q-Diamonds} river, Ruijs bet 15,000 and Winker folded.

Weide Doesn't Need to Show

There was a pot of around 13,000 in the middle when the dealer fanned a flop of {10-Spades}{7-Clubs}{4-Hearts}. Hans Weide bet 7,200 from the small blind and Leonid Yanovski called from the cutoff but [Removed:101] folded from the button.

The dealer burned and turned the {k-Clubs} that was checked through to the {k-Diamonds} river. Weide checked once more Yanovski thought for a long while, then bet 13,000. Weide snap-called but Yanovski directly tossed his cards in the muck so Weide raked in the pot with no showdown.

Skopalik Adds Chips

Level 2 : 200/400, 400 ante

Dirk Reinbach raised and Carlos Chang decided to three-bet to 4,000 in the cutoff. Robert Skopalik quickly called on the button and Reinbach let it go.

A paired flop {6-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} came and Chang checked. Skopalik bet 5,000 and Chang chose to fold.

Wimmer Has the Winner

The flop read {5-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} with around 20,000 in the middle already.

Raphael Wimmer checked in the big blind, Huseyin Arkun did the same in the hijack, and so did Siamak Tooran on the button.

The turn was the {8-Hearts}, Wimmer and Arkun both check-called the 6,900 bet of Tooran.

The {5-Hearts} completed the board on the river and they all checked for the last time. Wimmer tabled {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} and that was enough to pick up the pot as the rest mucked their hands.

In a raised pot, the flop showed {7-Hearts}{a-Hearts}{8-Hearts} and Faramarz Safari check-called a bet worth 4,000 from Saar Wilf situated on the button.

The turn fell the {5-Spades} and this tome Safari check-raised to 16,000 a second bet from Wild of 7,000. Wilf tanked for a minute and called.

A {8-Spades} appeared on the river and Safari moved all in for a round 100,000, putting Wilf into a decision for his tournament. The latter went deep into the tank while trying to talk with Safari.

"Ace-eight?" asked Wilf, "If you have ace-king, it's not good enough" replied Safari with a smile. After a few minutes, Wilf ended up folding, saying "Nice bluff" to Safari.
