Rezaei Gets Paid Off by Hulin

Level 17 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Armin Rezaei
Armin Rezaei

On the tail end of a heads-up pot to the K42310 river, Armin Rezaei checked out of the small blind and Stefan Hulin bet 75,000. Rezaei then check-raised to 400,000 and Hulin was sent into the tank.

More than three minutes passed until Hulin asked the most common question in live poker: "Will you show if I fold?"

No reaction by his opponent followed and Hulin called ten seconds later.

Rezaei tabled AJ for the nuts and Hulin exposed his K10 for two pair.

East Going South as Klezys Shoves

Level 17 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Heads-up on a board of 5893 and around 150,000 in the middle, Kasparas Klezys bet 130,000 under the gun and Jareth East called on the button.

The river was the J and Klezys moved all in, having East well covered. East tanked for around 30 seconds before deciding to save his last 250,000 for another hand.

Ruslan Volkov raised from the button and Nacho Barbero jammed 310,000 from the small blind. Volkov quickly called, and the cards were tabled once all the other tables had finished play.

Nacho Barbero: AQ
Ruslan Volkov: KJ

It looked good for Barbero on the 4452 runout, but the K saw Volkov river the best hand.

"I knew it," Barbero stated as he packed up his belongings and left the tournament area.

Armin Puts His Brother in a Blender

Level 17 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Armin Rezaei
Armin Rezaei

Armin and Daniel Rezaei went heads-up blind versus blind to the river with the board showing 3463Q where Daniel led out for 85,000.

Armin then raised to 300,000 as Daniel went deep into the tank. A few players at the table couldn't help but laugh at the situation the two brothers were in as Daniel continued to consider the decision.

He eventually folded after around three minutes. "Show the bluff to your brother," Jonathan Pastore said, but Armin returned his cards face down.

"Nice fold," Armin said, tapping Daniel on the shoulder.

The previous hand at this table, Adrian Mateos had bet 32,000 on a flop of 294 and Stefan Hulin called in the hijack, as did Daniel in the big blind.

The turn came the 7 and Mateos fired out 175,000. Hulin then moved all in and both opponents snap-folded.

Pavel Binar
Pavel Binar

After some preflop action, Pavel Binar had gotten all his chips from the button in against Dario Sammartino in the small blind. Once all tables had finished their hand, the showdown was ordered.

Pavel Binar: AA
Dario Sammartino: AK

The flop brought a little sweat when Sammartino paired his king; 77K emerged from the deck. However, the Q turn and J river did not bring another king on the felt, seeing Binar survive the bubble and double up.

Meanwhile, Kasparas Klezys had amassed a large stack of 1,800,000 chips on this table.

Dato Jams Into Radomski

Level 17 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Karol Radomski raised to 25,000 and Andrea Dato defended the big big blind. On the A32 flop, Dato checked and Radomski continued for 30,000. Dato swiftly pushed all-in and Radomski reluctantly folded without asking for an exact count.

"Did you have a set?" Radomski asked and Dato replied "Yeah, three three ... I didn't have five six of clubs for sure".
