Level 17 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Stoyan Madanzhiev raised to 25,000 from under the gun and the action folded to David Boyaciyan in the big blind, who called.

The flop of 10A2 saw Boyaciyan check-call the 18,000 bet of Madanzhiev before the 6 turn fell.

Pastore Shows Rezaei the Nuts

Level 17 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

This table had just moved to the main tournament area after spending the first two levels on the feature stage.

On their first hand back, Jonathan Pastore raised to 25,000 under the gun, Daniel Rezaei three-bet to 65,000 in early position, and Pastore called.

The flop came 10Q2 and Rezaei continued for 40,000. Pastore called and they both checked the K turn.

Pastore led out for 50,000 on the 9 river and Rezaei quickly called. Pastore then showed AJ for the nut straight as last year's runner-up took down the pot.

Vladas Tamasauskas tanked after a raise to 20,000 by Armin Rezaei and Andrea Radicchi called the clock. Tamasauskas folded and Radicchi called. Rezaei check-folded the K84 flop to a bet worth 18,000.

Tamasauskas then min-raised with 4,000 behind. Adi Rajkovic reraised to 36,000 and all opponents folded, the Lithuanian called all-in.

Vladas Tamasauskas: A7
Adi Rajkovic: KJ

The 106498 board and Tamasauskas tripled his micro stack.

One table over, Michele Pucci check-called all-in for 223,000 in the cutoff when Alf Martinsson overbet the QJ10 flop.

Svoboda Loses With Top Pair

Level 16 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Marius Gicovanu raised from the button and both blinds Kevin Roethlisberger and Petr Svoboda called. The 76K flop was checked to Gicovanu, who continuation-bet for 23,000. Roethlisberger folded quickly, but Svoboda made the call.

Svoboda then also check-called the 76,000 bet of Gicovanu on the Q turn, before the subsequent 5 river was checked by both players.

Svoboda confidently tabled his K9 for top pair, but it was outdone by the Q7 of Gicovanu, who was sitting on two pair.

Bruno Desimoni raised to 20,000 from the button and Akin Tuna made it 65,000 to go from the small blind. Desimoni then jammed all in, covering the 260,000 total chips of Tuna.

Akin Tuna: AQ
Bruno Desimoni: 99
