Schneider Doubles Through Schnitzler

Level 24 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Christian Schneider
Christian Schneider

Christian Schneider made it 240,000 to go in the cutoff, and Rene Schnitzler in the small blind moved all in. It folded back to Schneider, who had kept one T-5,000 chip behind and called it off after a few seconds.

Christian Schneider: A4 All in
Rene Schnitzler: KJ

The AQ4 flop gave Schneider the top and bottom pairs. He needed to dodge tens or running cards, doing so thanks to the J turn and K river.

Nanos Chips Up Without Showdown

Level 24 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Matjaz Vogrinec raised to 100,000 and was called by Georgios Tsouloftas in the cutoff as well as Konstantinos Nanos out of the small blind. It was the latter who bet the Q55 flop for 100,000, forcing out Vogrinec and receiving a call from Tsouloftas.

Nanos also bet the 10 turn for 250,000 and that got rid of Tsouloftas, both then exchanged some words in Greek.

Matthias Gude

Matthias Gude opened to 125,000 under the gun, and received a call from Georgios Tsouloftas on the button, before Antonio Fragale produced a three-bet to 400,000 from the small blind.

Gude moved all in for his 705,000 total stack, Tsouloftas got out of the way, and Fragale called.

Matthias Gude: AQ All in
Antonio Fragale: KK

Gude was in trouble versus pocket kings, but the ace was in the window on the AQ9 flop, and Fragale could not find a two-outer on the 8 turn or 8 river.

Mauricio Salazar Sanchez
Mauricio Salazar Sanchez

Mauricio Salazar Sanchez raised the button to 100,000 and Georgios Tsouloftas three-bet to 300,000 one seat over in the small blind. It folded back to the Colombian and he four-bet jammed for 735,000 for Tsouloftas to call.

Mauricio Salazar Sanchez: AK All in
Georgios Tsouloftas: 1010

It was a classic flip for the tournament life of Salazar Sanchez and he failed to improve on the 54454 board to bow out in 19th place for €3,340. After heading to the payout desk, he redeemed his two bounty chances and earned another €500 each.

Corey Hochman
Corey Hochman

Corey Hochman moved all in for 270,000 under the gun and Darius Neagoe called in the hijack, as did Yehonatan Behor in the big blind.

The flop came JJK and Neagoe bet 100,000. Behor then raised to 165,000, Neagoe reraised to 325,000, Behor shoved, and Neagoe snap-called.

Corey Hochman: Q3 All in
Yehonatan Behor: QJ All in
Darius Neagoe: AJ

Both Behor and Neagoe had flopped trip jacks, but Neagoe was ahead with his ace-kicker and poised for the double knockout as the turn came the 8. The 8 on the river, however, gave Neagoe and Behor both jacks-full, and they chopped up Hochman's bounty.

Nanos Takes From Salazar Sanchez

Level 24 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

In a single-raised pot to the K95 flop, Mauricio Salazar Sanchez checked out of the big blind and Konstantinos Nanos bet 100,000. Salazar Sanchez check-raised to 255,000, and Nanos came along to see the A on the turn.

Salazar Sanchez slowed down once again and checked. That prompted a bet of 275,000 by Nanos, and it was enough to win the pot without any further resistance.
