Top Set for Atac

Level 3 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

A pot of 9,300 had brewed, with the flop reading K109, in a hand between Tobias Peters in middle position and Salih Atac in the cutoff.

Peters check-called a bet of 2,500 from Atac, to see the 8 turn.

Peters checked once more, and quickly folded following a double-barrel of 9,000 from Atac, who showed KK.

Luka Bojovic
Luka Bojovic

In a single-raised pot, four players saw the flop come down KAJ. After Ghattas Kortas checked from the small blind, Adrian Strobel bet 1,900 from under the gun. Luka Bojovic called from the cutoff, while Lulei Hu folded the button and Kortas also folded.

Heads-up to the 3 turn, which caused Strobel to continue firing for 8,000. Again, Bojovic just called.

The 5 completed the board and Strobel checked. Bojovic jammed for 27,500, which was enough to get Strobel to return his cards to the dealer.

On a board of 35KJ with 50,000 in the pot, Krasimir Yankov bet 18,000 from the hijack but Pierre Calamusa to his right raised all-in for roughly 92,000.

Yankov went deep into the tank but ultimately chose to fold.

Matteo Intiso
Matteo Intiso

Alexandros Kolonias opened to 1,200 from the hijack, and was met with a three-bet to 3,000 from Onur Gizir in the cutoff. Event #11: Lucky 7's bracelet winner Matteo Intiso then reached for chips and produced a four-bet to 9,000 from the small blind.

Kolonias quickly got out of the way, but Gizir called to see the 654 flop.

Both players checked to the 6 turn, where Intiso check-folded without ceremony in the face of a bet of 11,000 from Gizir.

Samual Picks Off Velasco's Bluff

Level 3 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
Juan Velasco
Juan Velasco

Juan Velasco was the first player to be eliminated in the 2025 WSOPE Main Event, but did jump back in right away. His second bullet also isn't going so well as he just had a bluff picked off by Darius Samual.

The full board of 762Q7 was showing with around 30,000 in the pot, and Samual had bet 4,000 on the river from early position. Velasco was in middle position and bumped it up to 16,000, which Samual called after some time in the tank.

Velasco then showed 32 for a pair of deuces, but that was no good as Samual showed a pair of tens holding 1010.

Lauck Hits the River

Level 3 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

After an open to 1,100 by the player under the gun, Jonas Lauck to his left three-bet to 3,000. Vitezslav Cech in the hijack four-bet to 7,200. He made the under-the-gun player fold, but Lauck called.

Cech continued for 5,000 on the 2310 flop and fired a second barrel of 15,000 on the 4 turn. Lauck check-called both times.

The K river landed on the felt but was checked by Lauck and Cech. Lauck revealed AK for top pair and made Cech muck his cards.

Campbell Ashton
Campbell Ashton

Viktor Blom opened 109 from early position to 1,300 and Campbell Ashton three-bet the button to 4,000. When it got back to Blom, he called.

The flop came 67J, and after Blom checked, Ashton checked back to the 9 turn. Blom then threw out 5,800, and Ashton called.

When the 9 on the river gave Blom trips, he bet 23,600. Ashton took some time before he bluff-shoved for 74,700. Blom went into the tank while he tried to piece together the puzzle. Eventually, Blom did call, and Ashton was eliminated.

Fazeli Bluff-Catches versus Miegel

Level 3 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Jakob Miegel raised to 1,500 from the small blind, and Seyed Fazeli defended.

Miegel continued with a bet of 700 on the K88 flop, which failed to shake off Fazeli.

The K turn was checked to the 4 river, where Miegel sized-up with a bet of 6,500,

Fazeli didn't take long before calling, and his 85 for the full house was good versus Miegel's 97 for air.

Shaun Deeb is at the table and commented "I can see why you wouldn't want to be in for six bullets" to Miegel, presumably referencing a prior conversation.

Miegel laughed and said "I mean he had the full house!".

Jalba Shows a Flush

Level 3 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
Eusebiu Jalba
Eusebiu Jalba

Eusebiu Jalba had put in a squeeze from the big blind to 5,100, which only Patrik Zidek called in the small blind.

On the 425 flop, Zidek check-called a bet of 3,500 from Jalba to see the 3 turn. Both checked to the 2 river, where Zidek checked it over. Jalba then thought for a few moments before he announced a bet of 7,500, which Zidek snap-called.

Jalba then flipped a flush with K5, and Zidek quickly mucked.
